Have you done a video about how you store all these? I've been watching keep or cull since the beginning but I'm still amazed by how many games you get through would be curious to see what your collection looks like!
love the series, just a suggestion: the show is hard to listen to because you assume the audience can see your signs, but for me (and maybe i'm alone on this) this is the perfect video to have on while i'm doing other stuff (would be a great podcast show too). usually, I can guess who culled and kept, but it is a less than ideal guessing game, so if you both said "keep/cull" instead of "boom" when you reveal (your voices are easy to tell apart obviously), that would be awesome. but again, maybe it's just me :)
Thank you for the very nice words, Richard! Means a lot to hear you are enjoying the series! I will try to be better at saying what we choose, but I cannot promise anything 😅 We get so tangled up in filming that we are not always the best at remembering to change things like these, but I will talk to Sunniva and we will try to be clearer! Thanks for the feedback 🤩
Funny enough, in my last order of board games I got Azul Mini and the new edition of The Quest For El Dorado with Vincent Dutrait art. Both good game for the family.
Yout two are so funny. The counting explanation was hilarious and felt right out of "Monty Python and the Holy Grail". Love this video series (except when you cull games I like).
Someone needs to give me the deep-lore on the origins of "cull" in regards to getting rid of board games you don't need. I have no idea how these terms seem to spring up in certain communities and then become the default term! Happy you voted keep on El Dorado, though, since many seem to skip over it these days due to the fact that it's a little older now and there are a few more recent games that provide a similar feel.
Cull comes from animal breeding/control where you selectively remove low quality animals so that the herd as a whole thrives (most animal groups are healthier if they are not allowed to grow unchecked). It has become a standard term in English for getting rid of lower quality things to make the group better.
Great video! Love your rapport and honesty! Our family loves Similo - super underrated by the masses but loved by those who know it. We kept El Dorado because we have younger players and it is a good intro deck builder and racing game.
Your guys are really great. It's so funny to hear you, even if I don't understand everything due to my suboptimal knowledge of English language. But I'm trying.
Thanks for the video! I really like Formosa Tea, agree with your assessment, but I wouldn't say it is "light-to-medium" due primarily to forward planning necessary to get you tea from start to finish. Even BGG gives it 3.38 (out of 5) for complexity. I enjoy the complexity, but had actually wished it was lighter so that I could introduce it to others. I kept it also, but currently I don't have the proper group to be able to play it anymore.
Yay, a new keep or cull! And with board games it is also interesting, but I like the piles of gum a little better. Actually I just culled Formosa Tea (which was the only hard cull) together with Pandoria, Elder Signs, Eternal Palace, and WIld Space last week.
Glad you are enjoying them! And yes, we cull everything we put on the cull pile. We always need to get rid of games, so no need to keep more than we have space for 😅
@@BoardGamingRamblings After watching these for a year and a 1/2. The rule's explanation to Sunniva in the middle of the video was was definitely long overdue 🤣
Enjoying this latest video! In the midst of the raging controversy in the content creator space this week, I am even MORE appreciative of your genuineness and authenticity! Keep doing what you are doing and making the hobby more fun for everyone.

We have a lot of shelves 😂 We might do a couple of short videos on the collection f.ex?
So many reviewers, but you two are still the most enjoyable to watch, great talkers, great couple.
Thank you so much for the very nice words! Means a lot to hear 🤩
Thanks you guys. Good fun episode! if I didn't know any better I'd swear you guys were into the catnip today. 😂Cheers!
Haha, we are just weird sometimes 😅 Glad you enjoyed the episode!

But, boom! 🙂
Maybe first "boom" and then Johannes and Suvvina can also mention us what is what.

Yep, I concur. I mean I like video format, but sometimes I just let it run in the background and not watch the picture all the time.

Great choices! Have fun 🤩

As someone who grew up with that movie, this might be one of yhe biggest compliments I have ever gotten! You made my day! Thank you so much 🤩
Are you guys going to the UK Games Expo. Would be great to see you. Love your stuff!
We will sadly not be there! Really wanted to make it work this year, but work is stopping it!
Love watching you two have so much fun! Your enthusiasm and joy are infectious!
Thank you, Michael! I appreciate it 🤩
Love the fun you bring into these videos!
Thank you so much! Means a lot 🤩

Thanks for raising the question, and thank you for letting us know what it means as well!
Noooot El dorado :D
I like it, just do not need it!

Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it 🤩 Similo is so good! Happy to hear of other fans 🥳
"Burn it with fire!" Haha classic Sunniva!
Hahaha 😂
Love your channel :) I never understood the love for El Dorado. It was an instant cull for us.
Cull El Dorado... monster! :)
Haha, sorry 😂
The Heroes and Hexes expansion helps Quest for El Dorado a lot… almost people I know enjoy it
Yeah, I would guess the expansion is a good one! Glad you are enjoying it :D

I can absolutely see it being more in the medium category! Great game :)
You guys are great, thanks for the great content.
Thank you so much for the kind words! 🥳
We burn them with fire. 😂

Glad you enjoyed it, even with these board games in it 😂
We still have some of yours unplayed for keep or cull, so we’ll see what happens!
I love these videos! Do you guys really cull all of the games that earn 2 cull votes?
Glad you are enjoying them! And yes, we cull everything we put on the cull pile. We always need to get rid of games, so no need to keep more than we have space for 😅
Love how it says Camelot the card game but you are saying Camel Up the card game LOL
Haha, RUclips is even better than us at words!
How many games do you guys still have? Are you still over 600 games even after everything you have culled?
I haven’t counted in a while, but I guess we still have around 600 😂 Have gotten rid of around 400 or so games, but still nothing happens 😂
You guys are amazing! My collection fluxes between 60-90 games. I think it’s incredible that you have 600!
Were we drinking before today's episode? 😂 Love you guys.🙂
Haha, no, we are just weird 😅
@@BoardGamingRamblings weird...an anagram of wired 😃
2 games at 1 time! Don't break the rules.
What a fantastic video you guys are awesome
Haha 😂 Glad you enjoyed it!
