Hi Sofie. "Moon River" (composed by Henry Mancini) is a classic song sung by Audrey Hepburn in the movie "Breakfast at Tiffany's". It won the Oscar/Academy Award in 1961 for Best Original Song. All covers are compared to the original which is timeless. Mori made the song her own (to me it has a jazzy vibe).

2nd song Usahay is a classical Filipino Kundiman. it is in Cebuano, another major dialect spoken in the Visayas region. Morisette is Cebuano (people of Cebu)

He is a singer in his own right and he also provides a lot of the technical stuff to produce Morissette's videos. if you haven't reacted to their duet, please do. Dave is Filipino and American; I think his dad is Caucasian and his mom is Filipino.

I assume you turned-on CC while watching. So you must have seen the English lyric translation of "Usahay". It means "Sometimes" in English.
And no, it is not in Tagalog language. Rather in Cebuano language (alternatively referred to as Bisaya). It is Mori's mother tongue.

the 2nd one is in Bisaya, one of the major local languages in the Phil.
I love how Morissette exudes positive energy. She just makes you feel better when you listen to her. Between her and Angelina Jordan, the old jazz standards are making a comeback. Angelina has a completely different style from Morissette and both are amazing.
