Meanwhile hostile AI will defend every port with unreasonable force, never runs out of supply and concentrates air wherever you go. Its always best to go to war with no allies. I'm just going to say it bluntly.

I think its why Monarchist paths are so popular. 9 times out of 10 you're fighting solo.

I like going the other way for this achievement. That is, use the chasseur Ardennes template style (1 Light TD), GBP, and Defensive methods, and take on Germany when they go around the Maginot. While they drain away on your impenetrable wall of forts and TDs, build a full collab on them. Then when you cap them, you get the entire Germany for free as a collab. You will also have enough war score to grab a couple more puppets since you did most of the work. When the war is done, all you have to do is cap France for Paris and annex Germany. Takes the RNG away from dealing with the UK.

It sure is. I'm not completely certain on what they are for because they have terrible stats but my guess would be garrisons. If you really want to you can change any template icon to bicycles for some reason
I don't know what this Star Wars thing is, but I went to Afghanistan with 1st Bn 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment. The 501st fought in Bastogne as part of the 101st.

You specced into combat insertion and have green air, in this scenario you might as well drop some org-mini-nuke paratroopers along the front line to make breakthroughs easier.
I really do think they need to tweak the AI's aggression and force concentration again, it is simultaneously better as well as way worse, whereas before they were far too passive & seemingly almost adverse to deploying the bulk of their armor and mech along one particular axis of advance, now every time I play the game after about a year of fighting the soviets Germany never has a single division at full strength, by '43 the British AI can't just smell the blood in the water it can see that the seas have turned red and starts throwing out naval invasions into Italy and France way earlier than before, like April or March of '44 and that's on a surprisingly accurate run, usually even without me doing anything when I play in the Allies by the end of 1943 Germany has already been defeated or the allies have already liberated all of France, taken out Italy and we're all getting the Yalta conference because they're holding a bunch of cored German territory. seems to me that countries like Germany are waaaaaay too aggressive *all of the time regardless of if their entire army is sitting on less than 60% combat readiness,* that has handed me the win every time I played once I noticed that's what was happening, same goes for the Allies too although the US and UK seem a fair bit slower to work up to that level of AI aggression.
My biggest concern is how we are going to survive all these financial and political crises, especially the power struggle in the US. The government has really made things difficult for its citizens and we cannot just sit by and suffer the consequences of bad governance🙏…

Just had a game where I held the Germans perfectly but Spain naval invaded Antwerp and I instantly capitulated. Like wtf. They also decided to not join the war against the UK (Portugal was with me in the EU and decided to suicide into Spain) and therefore had naval supremacy.... Sometimes I hate this game
Things are probably different for a Belgian, but I think Degrelle is one of the most fascinating characters of the war. His life story is nothing short of epic.
