Why i love this JRW and GHY so much is the fact that they’re so different than many other actresses that u see/know. They don’t rly give a shit abt the glam on instagram, just sharing about their realistic lives and cute living spaces and their pet cats. Shows how cool and laidback they are irl. Also i love their fashion sense. They don’t expose as much skin yet they can pull of any style so well. I went to a newly opened restaurant that doesn't add MSG in their food based on their menu the taste is really different from the restaurants I usually go to. I'm a foreigner living in Thailand which most people uses tons of seasonings and MSG. This video made me re-evaluate the food I eat and eat more healthy food.

As soon as I saw these title, I knew , I just knew that I would find comments about how mag is bad for your health. IT IS NOT DETRIMENTAL TO YOUR HEALTH. There is no scientific evidence that states it will cause a health defect. Educate yourselves more instead of just following a crowd. The bad rep msg has comes as a side effect of xenophobia. Educate yourselves since you soooooo much time to do so now.
Glutamate is part of every protein in the human body. It is what naturally gives tomatoes and many other foods their umami goodness. We have taste buds on our tongues specifically for MSG (and related compounds).

How about yogurt? Do you know how that's made? Or store bought bread? How about jelly beans? Do you consume any of the above? I stand by it and occasionally consume. I mentioned this in a different comment, it is not a condiment that people of my culture find or cook with. Since it naturally found in many of the foods we already eat.

Imagine that's happen in your body, especially when your body condition is considered hot such if you have hypertension or high blood pressure, imagine what's gonna happened to water in your body, pouring msg in that situation is formula of disaster.
Of course, i'm not saying sodium or natrium is bad.
If you have dyspepsia or maag, you could use salt or natrium chloride for first aid. Poke your finger to salt until little amount stick to it and put it in your mouth and then drink a glass of water, the reaction between acid in gastric and alkaline would neutralize each other.
