Did you study what is the weather when you planned to go study up north, then you should have known there is wintertime with cold climate. Secondly I myself dont understand why our goverment should give you free study, in most countries you have to pay cost for university studies by yourself even when you are citizen.

Finland having world's highest income tax is not true. If you earn 49,000€ per year, the OECD countries that tax you more than Finland are:
Denmark, Germany, Italy, Belgium, France.
And if the annual income is 31,000€, there are 7 western european countries ahead of Finland. 😳
