While it may be true she lip-synced this performance, many singers I know personally could easily sing while moving that much, and few more! (I'm referring to a range of singers, mostly classical and music theatre, but the pop singers I have in mind can also sing well and dance as they have a solid vocal technique plus dance background).
She wasn’t lip syncing, there was some backing vocals though.
