@@lilgoon8613 no problem bro, I’m not sure to be honest. The good ones to look for in my opinion is the XS or the S. XS all wheel drive and you get the sport suspension and good brakes and tech package. Or the S you get everything but the awd.
I've had a 2013 G37X sedan since 2016. Had to remove the window tint here in NY as that will likely be ticket bait as they really cracked down on this issue. I've been a mechanic and driver for over 50 years and I'll just say that this is a really great car. Does everything well and is a blast to drive. Only down side worth mentioning is the premium gas requirement.

@@lilgoon8613 I bought mine with 94,000 miles on it. I currently have 120,000 miles on it. No problems as long as the car was getting taking care of you should be fine. Just keep up on the maintenance you get a lot of your car.
great video!!! every time i buy a car, i get bored of it after 1 or 2 years of owning it. i had mustang GT sold it after 2 years. i had a camaro SS sold it after 2 years. i bought a new 2008 G 37s coupe with 6 speed manual. its been 14 years and still going strong. i love it so much. the best part of going to work every day is driving my G to work.
@@CarAdventuresWithReg He has the nav package. The tech package actually sucks. I have all the packages except that one. The tech package adds adaptive cruise control and auto retracting seal belts (which choke you out every time you hit the brakes). It's rare to find a car with that as most people who buy them new don't want to pay extra for just those features. The premium package (sunroof, heated seats, 11 speakers, etc) and the nav package are the most popular. Beside that, the sports package is the only other one. Any car with an 'S' after the G37 has that which gives stiffer suspension, tighter steering, sport seats, different side sills and front fascia, paddle shifters, and 18 or 19 inch rims (which looks cool, but damn do you feel every bump).

When it comes to boosting an engine it all depends on how much power you want to produce. On a stock engine you could add 50 hp without breaking something. I personally prefer turbochargers but superchargers produce instant power. The g35 is a beautiful machine and perfect for any kind of boost. With your exhaust setup I would go for a center fugal supercharger .
Beautiful car. I miss my 2012 Infiniti m37 that was totalled. I replaced it with a Lexus GS 350 with 187k miles. That's a very nice and sporty RWD mid sized Sedan too. Beautiful car BTW. Subscribed

Just bought a 12 G37 no nav. I like everything so far but I’m regretting the fact that I can’t play music thru my phone. I had cars older than this I could play my music in.
@@CarAdventuresWithReg I did plug my iPhone into that usb inside the armrest but it wouldn’t connect. It says iPod not connected on the infotainment screen. And also it would initially charge my phone then it wouldn’t.

Man I had my 2012 sedan for 4 years now and some fool ran into the passenger side insurance talking about loss because I had 177k on it and the damage exceeds the price of the car
Craziest thing is the dealership I got it from wants me to get a Q50 but little do they know 4 years ago I passed on a 2015 q50 because I always wanted the G and while the Q is still nice I always loved the body style on the G

To be honest these cars are great cars just make sure the last owner kept the maintenance up to date because they are very pricey if they haven’t. But overall great cars you are gonna have fun.
I have 2012 G37 sedan ( journey ) . Bought it with 25k and now has 207k and I drive it like I stole it . Only thing that's gone wrong is a cat converter had to be replaced . These cars keep their hp even with high miles . Mine still goes 0-60 in 5.3 sec.
@@CarAdventuresWithReg VQ37VHR is right up there with LT1 and 2JZ as far as best engines ever designed imo . I know the 2JZ came stock with forged internals but VQ is a masterpiece.
That usually means the car was beat on. I got mine with 68k one owner and it was on there, after 2 weeks of driving fast cause i just got it, it fell off that quick so yeah thats means its been beat on. Ive seen some with 90k and its still on there, just depends on who drove it

@@lilgoon8613 I believe the put Bluetooth in when the G37’s came out but you have to get the technology package. You can get aftermarket radios tho.

Clean G37X, bought a dark blue 2013 G37x for 13k with 65,000 miles last summer, now at 84,000 with only basic maintenance. That black looks so clean!

You need to add paddle shifters. I installed them on my 2013 sedan non S model. My car came prewired for it. Plug and play.

You can, you just don’t have Bluetooth. The usb port is in the middle console. Plug it in and plug it to your phone and it will come up as iPod.

How does it handle in high speeds? I've been in cars that feel very unstable around 85 mph and higher.
It’s really smooth as long as you have good tires the max I did in the G was 145 mph very smooth
