These stories sent chills down my spine. When I was a young girl my parents and I found an abandoned tree house in the forest at Calaveras Big Trees State Park, it was a strange construction, nestled between a bunch of close standing trees and almost completely hidden by their heavy trunks. It was evident that it hadn't been used in years. It looked really creepy, we did not go inside to explore it, we only viewed it from the outside. 👀🌲🌲
