Hello, it will be a little difficult to recommend some kind of beans because everyone likes and smells their coffee differently. In our case, we are having a roastery in our company.😊 @www.diebaristamacher.de So we are roasting 9 different Espressi. Some varieties are especially for fully automatic and espresso machines, and other varieties are for preparation with the filter jug. The Nivona is able to grind your Espresso very finely, so I can recommend the following: - Strong Espresso: our Praedo Barones with 30% Robusta - Medium strong: our Beauty / Pulchritudo with 15% Robusta - medium strength: our Domus Meus, 100% Arabica as India Monsooned Malabar - Light, very good taste: our Donum, 100% Arabica, unwashed processing, and light almond flavor. Only If you use well-roasted varieties, you can adjust the grinder a bit finer. The grinding quantity can be adjusted in 5 stages, as well as the filling quantity in the cup. @@ingrimm8946 Hallo, bitte um Entschuldigung ich habe deinen Kommentar leider erst gerade eben gesehen. Falls du nach dem Brühen des Kaffee zu schnell den Hebel nach oben betätigst, kann es sein dass der Brühvorgang noch nicht abgeschlossen wäre. Falls der Kolben am Hebel klemmt bitte gerne einfach melden. Wir sind als Nivona Fachhändler immer mit Nivona in Kontakt, eine klasse und vor allem sehr netter Hersteller.
