In love with this one from the very first smell and after several bottles and counting ......still my favourite. Have to agree with your husband's comment. Likewise, yes this is definitely my default scent..... dare to say the smell of me. Every smell brings back all the memories. However the current one is not as good as the original but try D&G Intenso, this one smells exactly like the original Pour Homme....
Only thing is Montblanc Legend smells nearly identical to Abercrombie & Fitch Fierce since it’s a clone. So you’ll smell like a raging hormone teenager in heat.

I'm a bit perplexed that you didn't mention anything about Aventus when talking about Explorer. And it's not the only clone they've done, like Legend or Legend Spirit. And I don't even care about the cloning part, but just tell people what they can expect. @The Audience: So in case you don't know: Mont Blanc Explorer is basically Aventus if it were done by a Designer House.
Great video Monica and Matty I agree with D & G italian version. Don't think Explorer has enough longevity or sillage to justify another bottle but we all have different skin chemistry. Thanks from Canada....stay warm !
Great picks Macje, the one I've been wearing recently is Atelier des Ors Cuir Sacre, a fragrance you & Monika love as well. Plain & simple, luxury in a bottle.

Montblanc is a fragrance, yes that is smell good . But very few projection and longevity. Even after 20 spraying you must put your nose to the skin to smell it. When you wear a fragrance you do a statement and for me must have this criteria first smell good projection strong longevity and reasonable price
Hell yeah I’m a royal oud fan, I wear it at least once a week. The only one I don’t have is the penhaligon’s, I get my soft cozy kicks from Cartier Declaration edp. Great list & great video.

Layton and oud satin mood is my signature scent. smelling these scent is a must before i go to bed.
Polo Black is my favourite fragrance for everyday wearing.
Also I like Club De Nuit Intense Man (I also have Creed Aventus) and Layton Exclusif.

My favourite signature scent is Mont Blanc Legend, it doesn't last long and has poor projection, but the scent itself is really good
Try Deep Sense Black, it's an amazing replacement. Smells just like Legend and has very good performance.

It has Ambroxian so your nose may be blind to it. Ask someone to smell you to confirm.
