This looks too yummy. As you mentioned, this is a veg.version of mutton kofta once it is left for sometime after preparing, it definitely seems more appetizing.
The way you have explained in your demo tells it all Lubna. This dish may be popular elsewhere, but I would definitely like to try this as I feel the recepe is unique.
