All my respect to the Kazakh people! I come from Hungary and this dish reminds me a lot of the dishes we eat at New Year's. Of course we use pork. There are many dishes in Kazakh cuisine that can also be found in our country. Sausages made from different meats with salt, pepper, garlic and other spices. Maybe a dish made from offal - what is "Hurka" for the Hungarian people and "Ulpershek" for the Kazakh people (Hungarians use horse intestine instead of horse heart, and of course pig offal). Beef and bone soup enriched with vegetables. The dish called "Kuurdak", which Hungarians call "Pörkölt". Shelpek, which is similar to the Hungarian dish called "Palacsinta". I just want to say, long and happy life to the Kazakh people! 🇰🇿🇰🇿🇰🇿❤️🇭🇺🇭🇺🇭🇺
By the way, if someone were to say that Kazakh cuisine is unhealthy because of the abundance of meat, dairy products and carbohydrates, and at the same time because of the consumption of little vegetables and fruits, then take a look at the granddad sitting at the head of the table, who is already 93 years old, but hardly looks more than 80 years old. In addition, he appears to be completely healthy and vigorous, and diseases do not come close to him. By the way, I am also fascinated by the religious ceremony that surrounds the baby. This whole ceremonial togetherness of peace and happiness between families is amazing!

Hello Salta, hope you’re doing great. I’ve really enjoyed this video with your relatives, back in my times in Kazakhstan I tried “besh” and it was sooo tasty, that it rapidly turned into my favorite Kazakh dish. I’m currently a vegetarian tho :/
I wouldn’t like to bother you, but it’d be great if you could film a bit of Almaty and the places you usually go to (I used to spend time at Panfilov pedestrian street, Tole bi, Esentai area..). Thanks in advance :)
Спасибо вам большое за такие классные видео. Они прям очень прикольные и качественные! А кстати, также было бы классно если бы вы смогли снимать выпуск о том что «как найти работу в Казахстане». Заранее благодарю!!

Ive never heard beshparmaq from elderly or in villages. We dont even have a word such as Besh( we have bes tho) and parmaq in qazaq lang means thumb, not finger(sawsaq = finger). so pls, my dear fellow countrymen, be aware of that and educate urself, learn ur history and culture.
