I want to be focussed on my life. But I get a lot of distractions. I have a lot of responsibilities but nothing I am doing simply getting distracted, my unrealistic expectation also cross my mind due to which I am not able to focus on what and how to do the next things. I get simply convinced or happy if someone says or shows something that gives me a little hope which is ok for once or twice but not like all the time. This video of your's is indeed helpful. I say a lot of things to myself that I would do and think too but nothing I am able to start.
Also I am ready to face anything today. Because I am fed up of escapism etc.
