The Rockefeller Foundation donated the funds in the early 80’s to build a campus in Houston, TX for the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. That open-minded, respectful magnet school community and it’s dance department likely saved my young, troubled life. More similar schools are needed today. I thank Vivikananda for inspiring the giving heart of Rockefeller. I benefitted greatly.

Thank you so much for this! I was unaware of Vivekananda’s influence on Rockefeller. When I was a child, I studied music under a Rockefeller scholarship. As a young adult I visited the beautiful national parks that were purchased by Rockefeller and donated for public enjoyment. 🙏 Vivekananda🙏

Management belongs to the sphere of the mind. The mind mangages. And what the mind manages can never make you ultimately happy. When the mind manage itself it brings not peace to itself but only the fight between one part of the mind with another which I guess all of us know.
Only the dwelling in the peace and wisdom of our soul will bring the egoic and fearful mind to an end.
