When I first moved here this is where we lived off 470 and Broadway so these mountains we saw every morning they were beautiful and changed everyday! Thanks for your videos I can show my family the beauty of where I live!
You picked the best time of year for a trip around C-470, Kyle. Always great to head out that way and see The Rockies filling your view to the west. Next time, take a detour through Morrison to visit Red Rocks! Unless there's a concert on, you can walk around the amphitheater and enjoy the views for free.
Thank you for sharing this one! This one went right to my favorites! I've made this drive many times in my annual trips to the Denver area. In fact, my hotel, many times, has been right about where the video started, on Dry Creek Road (Drury Inn) and I used this way to get to the mountains on various day trips, or to get to events in the Highlands Ranch area.
Great video as always! Gotta love the Colorado landscape. They should just go right ahead and renumber the C-470, E-470 and Northwest Parkway to I-470 I reckon, local politics be damned 😁
As you go clockwise around C-470, I thought in the next part, I thought you left the Denver area and drove through the Rockies again. I wonder and guess if you've driven Loveland Pass in this season, you know, a Great Divide mountain pass where US 6 passes through.
Politics. They resisted the construction of the interstate by the federal government only for it to be built by the state later on because of huge growth in the area.

I agree
Love this route. Take it a lot to visit my friend's place
It’s very scenic for an urban freeway!

Good one Denver’s skyline to the Rockies is breath taking
Thank you and yes it is!

I agree, that way the freeway can be maintained by the federal government and not the state.
Looks like a nice ride along C-470
It is thank you!

Denver🇺🇸🌄
Nice one as usual! Any reason why this stretch isn't I-470?

A shame a freeway revolt kept I-470 in Colorado from being realized. But this is a good consultation.
I don't know why this part can't be I-470. Sure I get it that E 470 will never be an interstate but I think this part could.
It should've been an Interstate. Maybe they'll change it to I-470 in the long distant future
@@dylangarrett7327 TN 840 around Nashville got an interstate promotion.
You are a poor driver.
