I think she went batshit crazy because her (only friend i think) died during the first part of the outbreak. When the infected teacher enters the classroom and bit her. So, she blames whoever left the door open for the teacher to enter (forgot his name). And I think she's paranoid ever since that. And She might be holding some grudges as well.
both nayeon and namra had the best character development in the series, the only thing that makes them difference is nayeon died before she could show that she has changed
Just because she saw that video and felt guilty doesn't mean that she had the best character development. Even that guy who was with the cop who took off with the kids had more character development.
In the webtoon she never tried to change. She was locked in the broadcast room and she kills Mrs. Park by stabbing her if I remember correctly. Gwi-Nam does however still kill her later on, but she dies still thinking she was right.
But you can't deny that the actress that played nayeon is great. I saw her in squid game too. Her acting is really fabulous. I really like her. Maybe you guys too?
The casting is so good! Whoever was the cast director needs a raise for sure. Even though there are some rookie actors and actresses in 지금 우리 학교는, they all know how to play their parts well and tug on our heartstrings as we make a connection with the characters. I really loved this drama!
I liked Na-Yeon's character in Squid Game but I was always raging whenever I see her in All of Us are Dead. The versatility of the actress is insane. She's so good.
It's sickening knowing that the world is in total chaos yet a person like Nayeon still managed to survive somehow thanks to this gang yet she didn't see through that and was consumed by her own selfishness. Yes, she did have an unfinished business with Gyeong su but she took that personally to an extreme level that costed his life. If not for Namra, she wouldn't even admit to her crime. And while confronted, she didn't display even the slightest bit of remorse of what she did. Gyeong su didn't even do her any harm even after the virus broke out despite her sh*tty behavior towards him and almost everyone. That slap was well-deserved. 👏
@@TwT50 she only left them because she knew she’d be despised and her chances for survival went to 0 after she was exposed. what an idiot brat. she would have honestly still had a better shot then going outside. i don’t thinks she went outside out of shame and deserved to die. she went outside because she couldn’t see herself in the face and wanted to take the cowards way. if there was another way for her to lie and be in another group i believe she’d take it.
One of the most heartbreaking scenes for me was when Na-yeon infected Gyeong-su with her handkerchief. I got annoyed that they kept showing her after that. I thought they were going to try to redeem the character and have her rejoin the group which I wasn’t looking forward to. Luckily Gwi-nam finished her off. That was one of the few times that I liked him. She didn’t deserve redemption after what she did. Gyeong-su didn’t deserve such an ending. Very satisfying seeing her as a zombie in that pink sweater! Goes to show when you thought one thing was going to happen in the series, something entirely different happened. It kept you on your toes.
In my defense she was trying to redeem herself true she murdered someone the author killed off her redemption arc but the most baddest descision is to amke her leave in the first place they could have sacrifice her if they about to be infected they chose the wrong time
The lesson we should learn from Na-Yeon's story: Don't see yourself as above anyone. See the good in everyone first, before it's too late and you regret it. Apologize for all your wrongdoings. And don't kill people lol, including those you don't like. Wish she was at least able get them the food before she died 😢, but that's part of the life lesson.
Another lesson is to admit to yourself that your feeling lonely and if you want friends learn to respect or appreciate others instead of seeing yourself above them.
She reminds me of Mitsuko from the movie Battle Royale (think of it as if hunger games and Squid Game had a parent). Mitsuko was lonely, had almost no friends and was considered a looser and she even bullied people too because others were afraid of her and her childhood traumatic experience got her to learn things she shouldn’t have learned as a child. One childhood traumatic experience (involving her killing her mother’s boyfriend who was trying to molest her) gave her a taste for killing and how she ended up getting so far in the battle Royale. My problem is the people that will bash you for feeling a tad bit bad for Nayeon are the same ones who love Mitsuko when In reality Mitsuko is much worst than Nayeon. Mitsuko not only killed more people (in cruel and sadistic ways) than Nayeon but she enjoyed it and showed no remorse. Nayeon in the end seemed to feel some degree of remorse and tried getting food to the others. I would have liked to have seen how that would have played out if the guy hambie didn’t interfere.
Namra didn't say anything even when she saw her because she didn't expect Nayeon would do anything with those and she's used to be in the corner that no one listens to but when Nayeon said something about being right with her judgment all along, she came to realization that it was the handkerchief earlier and be like "Nah, I'm not going to stay still this time, I have to speak up"
Actually I think Namra was piecing together everything (her looking at Nayeon from the very beginning of this scene) and had a thought that maybe Nayeon did it (she noticed a few things liked the handkerchief and remember just because the audience sees everything doesn’t mean the characters do) but wasn’t sure so Namra decided to confront Nayeon. Namra was smart about it to because Namra would just say “maybe you did it” and “I saw everything”. When Nayeon said “I didn’t do anything to Geongsu” and Namra replied “I didn’t say anything about Geongsu” that was when Namra felt her thoughts was confirmed since she got Nayeon to give herself away.
Also they didn't think too that you can also be infected by putting zombie blood on your wound and that's where namra realizes about that handkerchief damn that scene was my fave when she confronted nayeon HAHA
What other purpose that isn't malignant in nature could collecting the zombie blood before going into the booth have? Because even if Nayeon wasn't going to infect Gyeongsu, it's just mad suspicious. They don't know that zombie blood can infect them yet, but it is safe to assume the worst in this case scenario. But Namra saw it happen and she said nothing regardless of them knowing about how the infection worked. That in and of itself is her playing a part in Gyeongsu's death. Collecting the blood with the handkerchief was enough alone for Namra to call Nayeon out before she ever even entered the booth. There's no way that people actually believe that Namra didn't say anything because she hadn't pieced everything together yet. Nothing needed to be pieced together and the blood collecting alone was beyond suspicious enough to point out.
Woojin ..He is someone who always tried to help others from zombies. Even everybody looks so done by nayeon . He ran and yelled at her to help her . Also when other pink sweater girl fell , where her friend betrays and run , he was the one who helped her thanks to his sister coming at right time saving all of them. .So underrated character Ps: sorry for my broken english
I will never understand why he actually tried to stop Na-Yeon from leaving even after killing one of the most likeable characters on the show. The best explanation I can think of is he was simping.
i love nam-ra sm. my favorite character. i also relate to her the most since i’m also the girl that doesn’t rly talk at school, always listening to music, and my mom only cares about grades. if i was in a zombie apocalypse i would be like her too, just observing more than participating. which is good since she knew that na-yeon is the one responsible for gyeong-su’s death by observation. it’s important to have someone like her on your team. i was so happy when she slapped na-yeon and went off on her.
Yoo mi is just so talented actress, she gives her 100% to become a new character that it is hard to recognise her in every drama, that is called acting, i love her
Dae-su for me the one with the most passionate heart, the way he hugged ms.park when they moved to the journalism room was so cute and the way he cried when ms.park followed nayeon out was just for me shows how he values everyone. He is also a cry baby when it comes to his friends which really melts my heart.
I appreciate Lee Yoo Mi as an actress so much! She killed her role here and she even managed to garner some sympathy later on before she encountered Gwi Nam. She is an incredible actress, she made me cry buckets in Squid Game. She's such a good actress in fact that at first I didn't even realise she's the same person! Also she looks so much like the actress Jeon So Min. I will personally fund a netflix drama where they play mother and daughter or even sisters because Jeon So Min looks very young lol
Nayeon and namra is a great actress they can be a strong and badass actress and at the same time they can be kind and joyful, onjo is also a good actress she's so innocent and cute

My favorite character too. I’m happy he’s gained a lot of popularity since the show came out. He had only 10k Instagram followers when the show came out and has close to 1 million now. I guess even tho he wasn’t a lead he captured the attention of a lot of fans

I recognized Nayeon early on as the same actress Lee Yoo-Mi from Squid Games. I was excited to watch her again since she made us fall in love with her before. I was really shocked to learn she is a villain in this show. The actress is very talented and versatile.
Ok aside from the fact that she basically murdered gyeong su, if he hadn’t been lured out they all could have turned. Na yeon could have killed the whole group because she couldn’t admit she was wrong.
after namra in movie : "killing nayeon" 🤬 after nayeon in movie: 🙄😪😢😭 Before Nam-ra is behind the scene: "hugs nayeon" Before nayeon is behind the sence: "hugs nayeon more"
I'm really impressed with the characters in this show, and how it handles social problems. At first, Na Yeon seemed like a basic elitist sociopath with a superiority complex, then she breaks down crying, admits she doesn't have any friends, and walks the corridors alone and ready to die. I went from hating her and wanting her to die to feeling genuinely sympathetic and wanting her to live and have a chance at redemption, all in the space of 10 minutes. Excellent show
She had a big chance for redemption when the group was stuck in the music room. However, it was too late when she finally came out of that storage room. I didn’t really feel that bad for Na Yeon when she died, but I wasn’t excited about it either. We all love a redemption story, right? It’s such a shame
@@monicojamesmaglaque3714 Exactly! Even though I never fully came round to liking her, I also couldn't fully dislike her either. Giving me mixed feelings about a character is one of the highest praises I can give a show's writing team

Reasons why Namra didn't stop Na-yeon from applying the handkerchief on Gyeong-su's hand and save him, even after she saw what Na-yeon did, bcoz it seems like y'all hate Namra for that stupid reason- • At the first time when Namra saw Na-yeon applying the handkerchief on the bloody stick, she OBV didn't have JUST thought that Na-yeon would apply that on Gyeong-su's hand. Like how could she even think that Na-yeon would do such a thing just by seeing her smothering some blood on her handkerchief bruh? • Then when Na-yeon applied the handkerchief on Gyeong-su's hand, while everyone was shipping the moment, she stood there shocked, analysing what Na-yeon just did. It was prob at that time she realised what Na-yeon was upto, after seeing her do that. • She didn't speak up at that time bcoz maybe she was waiting for the results to show on Gyeong-su, otherwise if she just spoke up at that moment and Gyeong-su wouldn't have turned, she would've made a fool of herself, or worser, she would've portrayed a fake enmity between her and Na-yeon to the other ppl. Or, she was prob still analysing the situation. • Then after Gyeong-su turned, her doubts and suspicions might've cleared, and she must've got a clear view of everything that Na-yeon did. • Then cut to this scene, in the starting of this video, after Na-yeon says that "what will u all even do without me?" , Y'all can clearly see Namra staring right at Na-yeon with a hateful glare, prob bcoz i feel she was hoping Na-yeon to admit to her mistake and confess, but after Na-yeon appeared to be not feeling guilty at all, and rather somewhat proud even after such a long time between Gyeong-su turning and the kids mourning, it was at that time Namra realised that Na-yeon wasn't in the mood to owe up to her mistake and confess, which was at THAT time, she felt the need to expose her infront of everyone. Now y'all got ur reasons, so stop hating on Namra for stupid reasons 🙄🙄 She's also just a human and teenager, not a Superman, who will ALWAYS be the hero and the center of attention, so treat her like how a typical realistic human would react i this situation, rather than just hoping her to be the hero in everything. Stan Namra queen.
@@yso262 Pretty sure there's still no cure and they had test subjects like the zombie and the Eun-Jin girl who is like nam-ra and gwi-nam and could be that the virus stars again and infects another city
I’m pretty glad Gwi-nam finished her off before she could redeem herself lol, she straight up killed someone just because she felt she was above them. And I don’t even think she truly ever felt bad for it or felt she was in the wrong.
Anyone else think the actors playing Lee Su-hyeok and Jang Woo-jin look like they could be brothers/twins. They look IDENTICAL! First time I watched this series I got so confused who was who.
I really wondered why she had so much hatred towards han gyeongsu. I know the director or writer talked about the decision to actually not add her backstory or something like that. I wonder if that would’ve made me hate her a little less if they did add it? I hope she died. I really don’t think she was going to be any better. She literally KILLED one of their close friend over pettiness. Literally cruel. I know I would never forgive that lol.
She was elitist/classist. Nayeon had demonstrated that even before the outbreak began - calling gyeongsu a bum, complaining that he smelled, etc. The events of the outbreak then had intensified her conflict with Gyeongsu and combined with her fear & failure to comprehend why the others would take the side of someone she looked down on - it led her to exhibit her hate it in a very cruel way.
She thought she was better than everyone because she was rich and of elite class. Thus she had o idea why everyone would take the "welfie's" side over her. Thus she killed him so she can prove that she was right. Thankfully Nam-Ra called out her bullshit. In the end, no matter the class and status, everyone is human and she never contemplated that.
I hated Na-Yeon like hell even from the introduction of her character.. she seemed utterly selfish since the beginning to me.. If you notice, Gyeong Su saved her from the Zombies when she fell down and was crawling backwards (if you remember the scene). And what she did to Gyeong Su made me question on the existence of humanity and mankind.. and it seemed as if her character development started from the store room, even if she really wanted to give the food items to the other children talking and remembering food she was consumed by her own emotions and guilt and here i liked the fact that she couldn't even take a single bite of the large food quantities over there. And when she wanted to show her true self beneath the girl who killed Gyeong Su, she was killed.. That was the first time I felt bad for her....
I have to disagree with some people saying that Namra should also be held accountable for what happened to Gyeong su. I mean, how would she have known that Gyeong Su was gonna be harmed that way? Namra wasn't even certain about what Nayeon was trying to do. She only realized it right after Gyeong-su turned. I think no one would've really known what Nayeon was trying to do even if someone did see it - I believe Namra just didn't want to jump to conclusions at that moment, especially given her situation. And remember, Namra is a class president and she barely knew everyone because she wasn't really close with alot of them before - for that reason, I think Namra isnt in the right position to claim/assume such things about someone, especially without enough evidence. Even if Namra tried to ask Nayeon about what she was trying to do, I don't think it would change anything that much since for sure Nayeon would just bluff about it, and Namra wouldn't have anything to do about it even if it still seemed doubtful. Worse thing that could happen is that Namra couldve been put in a much worse position for 'doubting' someone - and thus, less trust and respect. I think Namra did the right thing by just observing Nayeon from that point (atleast for a little more while until she was ascertained), but sadly, when she had finally connected the dots, it was already too late. And honestly, nobody in their right mind would do something as purposely turning someone into zombie, especially when you're stuck in a room with that someone. But unfortunately, Nayeon actually did it, and I, too, was super shocked. The fact that it was NAYEON - THE ONE WHO KEPT RANTING AND BEING COWARDLY SHIT THE WHOLE TIME. That's just downright dumbass and wicked of her. and I honestly didn't expect that Nayeon, a coward bitch, would be willing to stoop that low as to 'killing' someone and put herself at risk because of her ego.
I agree but she still should’ve questioned it. You can’t act as if people saying Nam Ra should’ve said something is wrong because wth was she doing. Like everybody had their backs turned and she randomly wipes zombie blood onto a handkerchief? I’m not agreeing that she deserves to be hated, she still could’ve questioned it.
the little sound she makes while crying when she says "i don't need any of you" is so realistic, it's exactly the sound i make when i'm crying and trying to talk at the same time but i lose breath while doing so

Nayeon was at least trying to change while gwinam was pure evil, he killed someone even though they didn't get infected

@@Blaiddyd_Assasin I've never thought about that
Good point
"Don't kill people, including those you like..."? I think that's a given lol
Justin:i agree
no one is better than u and u are not better than anyone
Well yeah sometimes you only able to connect the dots when situation is out of hands
Well she would have to prove herself right to get na yeon,
Besides she didn’t think na yeon would go that far

So satisfying
Reasons why Namra didn't stop Na-yeon from applying the handkerchief on Gyeong-su's hand and save him, even after she saw what Na-yeon did, bcoz it seems like y'all hate Namra for that stupid reason-
• At the first time when Namra saw Na-yeon applying the handkerchief on the bloody stick, she OBV didn't have JUST thought that Na-yeon would apply that on Gyeong-su's hand.
Now y'all got ur reasons, so stop hating on Namra for stupid reasons 🙄🙄
She's also just a human and teenager, not a Superman, who will ALWAYS be the hero and the center of attention, so treat her like how a typical realistic human would react i this situation, rather than just hoping her to be the hero in everything.

SEASON2
#allofusaredeadseason2
Me too neither
She thought she was better than everyone because she was rich and of elite class. Thus she had o idea why everyone would take the "welfie's" side over her. Thus she killed him so she can prove that she was right. Thankfully Nam-Ra called out her bullshit. In the end, no matter the class and status, everyone is human and she never contemplated that.
She did die you see her as part of the zombie crowd when the military releases the drones
I forgave her but if they added a scene that she didnt felt bad and Betray the other students i would never EVER forgive her.

Namra IS MEAN
@@jdjdjshdjs9088 not as much as you
Nam ra is coolest character I have seen in this series
Our queen Namra ❤️❤️❤️
Nah, Nam-ra is mean
That's just downright dumbass and wicked of her. and I honestly didn't expect that Nayeon, a coward bitch, would be willing to stoop that low as to 'killing' someone and put herself at risk because of her ego.
people just loves on hating popular characters and namra isn't an exception
I agree but she still should’ve questioned it. You can’t act as if people saying Nam Ra should’ve said something is wrong because wth was she doing. Like everybody had their backs turned and she randomly wipes zombie blood onto a handkerchief? I’m not agreeing that she deserves to be hated, she still could’ve questioned it.
the little sound she makes while crying when she says "i don't need any of you" is so realistic, it's exactly the sound i make when i'm crying and trying to talk at the same time but i lose breath while doing so
