The thing is, I am not locked on metal, I enjoy music in general hence if I like the song and it's fun to play - I'll play it even if it's ska polka goth. If you scan through my channel you will find other examples of non-heavy tunes. See, "wrong direction" is a very subjective definition, but I get what you are saying, I guess I built up an image of a metal guitarist but that does not fully reflect me as a musician. Anyway, I am not gonna ditch heavy stuff so be sure I will upload something in that style too. My new original is on the way but again, it's not probably what you would expect :) P.S. I give no damn about the likes and dislikes, but thanks for being so open minded!

As a kid I played Bluegrass and although I mainly play metal now I also have an alternate side and play/write a lot of fingerstyle acoustic so I totally get what your saying. I guess my comment came off condescending but I'm one of your early subscribers also. Your original Blackout is so badass...some really clever songwriting in that one, and your cover of As I Lay Dying - Defender is by far the best cover of that song on RUclips. I have watched everything you have put up by the way and I will continue to do so because you deserve it! You are a very talented musician, and you can easily do this for a living if you play your cards right. That's all I was really trying to say :) Like I said in the original post...opinions vary. Who knows, you may have more of a following with the likes of your last post. I'll see you next time around.

I don't think it's easy to make a living with rock music these days, no matter how talented you are. Music is not in a good place financially these days.
