Nice air sim run. You might need to switch sights (a key bind) for the ccip rockets. The basic SU-25 is a real challenge to use. TV guided KH missiles are harder to guide in than laser guided. Maybe you could give that one a try or the same K variant. Also looks like they nerfed anti-air in sim? I always get smacked by carrier AA before. Now it seems nonexistent?
The carrier was completely impotent and did not fire. So I decided to leave it alone and focus on the DD's and Convoy. The other ships still fire their AA. But no where near as deadly as Forestal was 😂
for aiming the rockets you should go to the green menue go to cockpit and change it with 7. sorry that i can't explain better, i only know how to do it with german client and keyboard.
Ich bin auch deutsch je means u should go to menue search cockpit sight and make like 1 or smth and if you click that then theres a circel that shows where bomb/rocket will land

Yeah it's not easy but when you get your groove down, you'll be a shadow they can't see. Low alt, terrain masking and RWR will all keep you alive, try using jet attackers at around 9.0 for the best results as your Learn. You can do it 🫡
I wanted to unlock jaguar is for sim fun but I tested jaguar gr1 and saw how bad Is the airframe.. I'd rather pay 35$ and get premium time and ge and have a plane with very good guided missiles, very good irccm missiles, radar and anti IR countermeasures
Hey what are the controls called for the laser camera? Mine keeps going with the head tracker, I really need to change it to some buttons on the hotas, but don't know the name of the setting
The controls for aiming the laser sight are listed as : Gunner Aiming Control X axis and Gunner aiming control Y axis. I have this bound to my HOTAS and Mouse. Depending on how busy I am with other tasks.
G'day, Ahh Anti-Shipping operations something I took joy in such with ASB, Odd note but you mixed up the merchant ships as Norbis is a bulk carrier & the larger ship was a pannamax crude oil tanker forget what it's based off, (pretty sure the funnel colours are a house flag iirc but nothing to do with ukraine but the thumbnail is hilarious). It modern merchant ships seen in ASB are the same as the ones seen in San Francisco and Drown city and these models were developed early last year iirc. Well at least the carrier USS Forestall isn't aviation cruiser Baku as that would've been a fun time to fight heh.

As for the Freighters... I was totally surprised to see them but excited to fight something new It Much more enjoyable than my upcoming video, where I tried the same thing with a AS.34 Kormoran.
@@CmdrTyrael Well in some ways modern merchant ships under combat conditions ain't new. To bad the devs don't mimmic this keep the modern merchants then replaced the Leander class with a Tiger class then replace the N classes with a fill in of Type 12's, Type 41's as Type 62's then have the crude oil tanker as fill in for the HMT Atlantic Conveyor heh ASB ships as the Falklands war British ships heh.
No wings breaking at thoses speed like SU25??? Ok so one downside less. Just his bad turning and the worst in this plane like many soviet: bad cockpit too deep and no visibility behind.
Yes, definitely more stable at high speeds and feels more agile in the air than the su-25. you're right the soviet cockpits aren't the greatest in my view. But overall, I really enjoy flying the Su-39 in sim.
10:11 You need to enable the rocket sight via switch sight mode to get the CCIP piper.
funny thing about both the kh-25, and 29 missiles, both were purpose built air-ground missiles, they simply have enough power to take down ships lol

@@CmdrTyrael i think if you press more often until it says hud mode "rockets" it should work, but that's how it works on my su22, never flew su39

100% change that fleet composition depending on BR like with Ground Convoys.
