WOW!!! Exactly what i NEEDED. I have been able to push the thoughts of suicide back into the black hole, which leads to some Hellish abyss from where it comes from. I know that it is still close to the surface, but, I will continue this meditation, daily, at night, and as much as I feel that I need to protect me. Mike Farar We certainly live in very hard times....this meditation is wonderful. and all of the Archangels she brought forth are very powerful, healing, loving...etc. As long as you have a glimmer of light in you...keep fighting and use this to help. God has you in His hand.
This is the first time I've done this meditation and....wow! I typically have trouble with my mind wandering during meditations and never feeling fully relaxed. This meditation made me feel like I wasn't even in my body. And when you mentioned the vacuum sucking out the energy I physically felt a vacuum like release from my entire being. Thank you for this.

WOW, at first I giggled at bit at some of the descriptions, as I'm spiritual but don't believe in a specific god, but by the end I was crying, subconsciously releasing something. I always know why I cry but this was just spontaneous; either my or others' negative energy being expelled from me and my EM field. I felt so protected and safe, it felt beautiful. Near the end, the sun poked out of the clouds and onto my closed eyes - sign! This meditation is going to the top of my playlist. Thank you so much.
