Everything is low except for the resolution which is 1920x1080. You don't need such a ridiculous resolution if you want a decent performance for a decent price. Otherwise, just buy a better graphics card which is also more expensive.

A tip for low budget gamers. If your monitor is a 1080p and you cant even achieve 60fps on it, means you need to upgrade it. If you can do 60fps but at 720p, just simply safe money for something better. Just move on. I know how it feels to play on 2K monitor but forced to use 720p because my hardware sucks balls. I bought the monitor long long before i get the Rx 6700 now and used HD 5750 almost 11 years if IIRC. Esport game like csgo is an exception , since all of tourney player use 1280x960 or lil bit higher/lower resolution. So the formula is : if your hardware cant give enough or AT LEAST 60 FPS on your NATIVE resolution USING LOWEST SETTINGS means your hardware needs an upgrade .
Why did you use all low in CS:GO I had a laptop with a less powerful GPU that could run all max on 60FPS with vync on, I do not know how would it run without it cause I always play with Vsync cause it makes the performance more stable that without it
Graphics of games are excellent but the gameplay of most of the next gen games are not that great. Looks like game developers are running out of ideas. They rely more on copying from other games which works out cheaper.

Idk how did you get only 25-40 fps in Forza Horizon 5. I have like 40-55, sometimes even up to 60 with average 47 on this card from Gigabyte. Also 1080p with similar settings.

Sims 4 is the newest so it has the best graphics and is still receiving frequent updates, Sims 3 has more of a realistic style to it but has less loading screens so it runs like crap on even really great setups, the Sims 2 is old now but it has a more cartoony style to it and goofy cutscenes. I've never played it, but I've heard that it has problems with file corruption, and then the Sims 1... Well, it's really basic. I don't know much about it, I'm gonna be honest. I'm not a big Sims player actually I started playing the Sims 4 early last year but it was hard to play before I got this card

@doesitmatter itdoesntmatter Im upgrading a Dell optiplex 3020 and im on a budget of 120 to 130 I want to run vr games if this dosent work then imma sell my old ps4 wit a bunch of accessories anf get a better fadter one but if it does thats great i reccommend buying one of these Dell optiplexs there cheap I got mine for free from a business that shut down and i plan on running gorrila tag a 2021 game it should hold up well hopefully

i would buy a gtx 970, its way better and from where i am its pretty cheap for a gpu. (70 euros)
