can you share a video of set up creation and calibration in piping block? how we can create tcg in curved block? please share if you have any study material like this video. thank you and i hope you will reply me in positive way.
fun of fun thanks for ur comment, For piping block ,first of all u have to make calibration block with top notch &bottom notch, same parameters ,otherwise make with limited range blocks means Suppose we have 24” x 20mm thickness specimen Thickness tolerance 25% of the thickness, so u can choose 15 mm to 25mm and for diameter .9 to 1.5 ( .9x24 to 1.5 x 24) ,that’s means 21.6 inch to 36 inch ) , I hope u understand. If you have any doubt means just inform to me . For further details I will make another videos for that.Thank you
@@CLUSTERNDTTEAMINADVANCE i got your point but in my knowledge if the specimen is greater than 20 inch then we we can use flat block and we should not think about the diameter range of 0.9 to 1.5. but if we have same curved block we can use, but if the specimen is less than 20 inch in dia we must follow that range of diameter. please make a video for piping joint of less than 20 inch diameter .include setup, ,velocity, wedge delay sensitivity and TCG calibration in curved block. i will be thankful to you for whole life time. thank you so much
Mammoet Thai thanks for ur valuable question! For the pipe u have to follow top notch and bottom notch ( as per approved procedure), otherwise for that plz do the calibration with Navship & V1 block (other standard cal block ) , after that u can go for daily Calin & out with the help of given pipe block ( main thing is notch is perfect reflector) so u have to reduce db upto 80 % FSH, and proceed for job !
well video for tcg 1 leg calibration
Hola, quisiera consultar, cuántos puntos o agujeros se toman en cuenta para elaborar la CURVA TCG? Depende del espesor de la soldadura?
