Have you ever gotten so invested in the outcome of a sporting event that you wear certain clothes or have other superstitious behavior as though YOU effect the outcome?
Yeah, GUILTY. I’m at least at the point where I fight to put more effort into my own “game” (which is life) as I do in looking at other ones on TV, that I don’t even play in. No judgment here. It’s soo easy to see other people win & be entertained by their success. I know.
We can say “we” as much as we’d like when referring to our favorite team but they ain’t cuttin us a check & we are not getting a ring. Don’t get me wrong. I’m rooting for the Dodgers tomorrow & all the way to the World Series. Wanna see the Rams & Lakers win chips. But I know I’m not getting a ring from any of them.
