Unfortunately DEPO doesnt have a direct website for ordering their products, but they can purchased through vendors such as carid.com or ebay.com. I got mine from an ebay seller. You should definitely get an LED turn signal relay for Toyotas that way you can run LED turn signals on your new taillights without doing any additional wiring. It’s such an upgrade to have!

@@JeffSanabria I did not. Honestly i thought about it, but I was actually pretty happy with the OEM headlamps with upgraded LED Bulbs. Output was decent, and the oem headlamps were already black housing. I just left it alone :) Anyways the RAV4 was traded in last year unfortunately, but i do miss it at times. It was just too much car for me, and i really wanted the Corolla Hatchback. But if the time came, and i needed something bigger, I would get another RAV4 no question

hey! Are you referring to inner tail lamps that are part of the trunk? Im actually not sure what the oem bulb size, because the inner aftermarket LED tail lamps already had integrated LED panels. Therefore, the inner LED lights were a simple plug and play. The aftermarket LED inner lamps had a bulb connector that connected to oem connector to power the aftermarket inner LED's

Ahh you mean with the LED strip on top? I havent looked into it, but ive been pretty happy, just upgrading the headlight bulbs to LED. And also upgrading the amber parking lights to switchback LEDs. So when parking lights are on, the output is white (5000k), but when the turn signal comes on, it flashes amber

There was a attempt by a guy on the RAV4 forums. I can't seem to find the post anymore, but there's this nut shaped plug on the rear of the headlight. He drilled it out and inserted a led strip. It wasn't as seamless as a real limited but looked pretty nice and he could even change the color.

Hi there!! Have you ever had a problem with water leakage or condensation due to washing the car. Mainly from a do it yourself carwash. I know the sprayer wands are pretty powerful and was just wondering if you've ever had an issue with them not working bc of water getting inside the tailight casings. After installing these I had traded the car in several months after, so I can’t speak on durability. However during my ownership they didn’t have any issues with leaking that I noticed
Hi, I’m a female senior and want to change rear left tail light on 2018 Rav 4 car. The light cracked from tree limb in recent storm. I see in other videos they just change the light with no wires but ur video shows changing the wires. What is the difference? I can change the light but don’t think I can handle the inside wire. Why are some videos just the light and not the wire change? Is my a LED light? I don’t know. I have basic AWD model. It would cost too much to fix at dealer. HELP!!!

So the turn signals, and brake lights remain as incandescent bulbs. The only LED components are the running lamps :) so no resistors needed unless you decide to upgrade your turn signal bulbs
Def looks like the same lamp holder. Didnt need to remove whole harness at all...and def doesn't mean its LED bulbs on inside. And if it is you could have used the original lamp holder and just swapped bulbs
You're completely right. I was on the fence about swapping out for LED taillamps but if the LED lamp burns out. You have to replace the entire lamp instead of just the bulb. Which you can buy LED bulbs wicked cheap and be just as bright if not brighter and replace at the fraction of the cost once they burn out.
Do the Depo's hold up against seal failure better than Toyota? All four of my toyota rear lights have seal failure leading to cloud and moisture problems. 2017 model year with only 40K mileage. Shame on Toyota for this.

Problem with LED tail lights are: we never know how long that LED and LED driver will last, one LED element died, the whole taillight need to be replaced. So, I am still sceptical with it. Even Toyota OEM LED lights are also that way, not cheap when it starts going nuts.
@@FujiboHeavy I have LED DRL and tail light from OEM Toyota, they are indeed looks cool but I did not see it because it is not seen by me from inside the car. I love LED headlight when it is brighter and better coverage and not blinding other drivers. But HID is still brighter, easier to replace, and last long. It is only about $50 for HID from phillips or Osram in Autozone. LED headlight is sold as sealed unit, cannot be replaced when it is going bad. But Toyota OEM LED headlight last longer than typical 20-30 years of usages. So, I trust it, but not aftermarket without proper cooling, high quality japanese capacitors, etc. In electronics, capacitors and diodes are the parts that failed often on cars applications with highheat and temperature range

But that’s why aftermarket parts are cheap, that’s the risk you take, and if a company makes a bad product they get a bad reputation. It’s up to the company to improve on the product, because if they don’t no one will buy the product. Depo has been around for a long time and I have had several of their products with no issues but regardless oem or aftermarket everything has tendency to fail especially if it goes through wear and tear. Nothing good lasts forever that’s for sure 😁

But that’s how companies build reputation. If I had bad experience with Depo I would never use or recommend them, but I have been lucky so far I suppose, but at the end of the day, your money your car, do what you want, and live and learn 😊
What a total waste of money and time. The originals work perfectly. Sorry... I love my rav4 but one would be better off spending that extra money on better tires, brakes, or towards a 2" lift kit. Just sayin.

Thank you! Its actually a muffler i bought from ebay, then I had a muffler shop weld on the muffler! The remained quiet as well which was awesome!
