Absolutely the hardest boss from this quest line, and its entirely because of all his rules. Cant nullify anything Cant set his stats to -3 cant have any of your stats at +3 can only be damaged via weakness infliction or almighty If you force him to spend all of his turns on stat changes or resets he will just grant himself 9 turns and deal unrecoverable damage I only managed to beat him after gallica finally decided a run was worthy of her two extra turns.

Wait until you get to the 4th boss from the dragon quests. He's even more insufferable than the one shot dragon
To be honest, I got that one on my second try. This one however took me a few hours.
