It's crazy how many pullups you can do! I started to climb back in September, and you have been an inspiration; I'm climbing V3-V4's in the gym thanks to the vlogs and videos you are on. Your videos are so great and informative. Keep up the great work! I love your content :)
Your comments after the 3 mile run was the same comments every Marine has lol. The last lap of the 3 mile shows who the toughest ones are. Its a common thing that Marines will sprint/ race each other on the last lap as fast as they can to get a better time. Your final score puts you at 272/300 which I would say that is about average maybe a little above average where the avg Marine is. Most people strive for that 300. Anything below a score of 235/300 is considered poor and would get you on mandated PT most likely. Overall you did really well and kicked ass!!
I'm mostly here for the 'travelling accent'. Touches of Northern English, a soupson of French and a touch of American when talking to the guy behind the camera.
When you did the monkey bars i thought you were having a play round before doing the pull ups as if they arent hard enough. So impressive your reps and speed on all of them including the running. Looked like a machine completing them.
It’s always so funny to me when people don’t speak English natively but their accents are so good you forget then they can’t think of some simple word like “track” and you remember.
If you do the FBI fitness test, you have to do it in a bulletproof vest and a baseball cap, and afterwards you have to kick down the door of the stadium's changing room and yell "FBI!".
4:38@5k is quite good for a woman that does not run. It is even good for a man that does not run. And then we have not even started to talk about the pull-ups (which on the other hand was more expectable for a climber).
Great job! I was like, 21 min is quite a lot, can't be too hard. Take out my calculator. Ah, that's 13.7 kmph. Damn, that's not easy at all. Like, 1 lap that pace is quite comfortable, but 12... BTW, Nice lake! Where is this pretty place?
I've done a lot of running in my life, but I've never liked it just on its own. I've enjoyed it if I was doing sports like soccer, basketball etc but on its own I find it quite boring. That's why I find bicycling a much better solo activity, that of course also can be done with others. I just find running too hard on the body, and on a bicycle you have gears to do all the adjustments you need for your own level of fitness. I at least would rather do hiking + bicycling instead of running, because I just don't like running on its own. I have been bicycling 365 days a year for the past 6 years and don't own any motorized vehicles, so it does work because I just want to do it.
I just realised that I only heard you talking english and french in Erics and your own vids.
First 10 reps on the pull-up bar, you were killing it! However, if you had used either hollow body or arched back technique, it would have been more impressive.
@@sofya_yokoyama I don't know why so many people (including me) find height and weight interesting when watching fitness content. I guess it makes easy to compare 🤔. Anyway good luck on your youtube journey and keep having fun!
@@sofya_yokoyama I think Magnus Midtbo got ripped for not doing a full sit up, you did partials have to do it again 😉😂maybe not it's only a bit of fun 😁
I don't think the situps were correct. Your arms should have been higher on the chest which would cause you to have to go up further, you kind of cheated on that. But you really did good here.
Hey Sophia, first I want to say “well done” very tough. But! I have done the marine test by myself in “real life” at my time in the German army with the Marines. What I want to say. No one of the Sit-Ups would have counted, because you have to hold your hands behind your neck while the elbows have to touch the knees and you are not allowed to rest on your back you have to hold the sit-up.
Yeaaaah I was going to but had added the numbers before speeding it x4 and would’ve had to redo the numbers so I was like naaah they might enjoy the full 2 min lol
The quick change from "I might try for 100 points" to "you know what, fuck running" is extremely relatable to me
That's cool test! For FBI one there will be almost no rest... Would be cool to see how your heart rate changing during all exercises
Great Video! 🔥

daaaaaaaamn! 24 strict pull ups in one set, that is truly impressive!

I'm so impressed by how well you kept your running technique! :D

Yeah I hear some Chester/Manchester area English, some similar to my quebecois friend in Montreal, and some American words too. An interesting mix.
Hoooooooo that's trying hard! Well done Sofya. Keep crushing it.
Track athletes are mental, how can you enjoy that feeling xD
That’s really impressive! I usually go to that park and the bar is rather thick which makes your feat even more impressive!
Great video, thanks for sharing. I love the dedication despite the weather - keep up the great work :)
All those crunches were perfect.
Your determination is incredible. Personal drive is always good to watch. I love that you have your own channel and I wish you all the best!

if you can keep 190 bpm for 3 rounds your are really strong in your head, congrats to that!
Looking good, Sof! Cross-post on other platforms for more reach!
Density tower super slow motion
Looking forward to watching the channel grow, I'd love to start my own one day
Yess you should definitely go for it !
Wait, that's superhuman strength and speed. My Lord!
Way to get after it! Like your channel and wondering how you got into climbing? Any advice on getting kids into the sport? Keep up the good work.

Oh Daamn didn’t see that part in the description, thanks for letting me know 😝
Your jokes / attitude are great 😂 Love it

You could have just said “quite good for someone who doesn’t run
I think she said she does run every once in while. At least she's very familiar with the pace calculation.
Hell yea keep on going Sofya this is great !
u did really well but when i had to do the crunches....the elbows had to touch your knees...maybe they changed it...it was 10+yrs ago
Inspiration all day long!
Pushing it I love it!
Gave me a lil more inspiration to get at it today.
Good job!
Well done!
Wow, this was super impressive!
Also the crunches are no more. Now its a plank for 4 min. I like it better, less movement.
Wow, clean form. respect
"My ischios" :D
They are called "hamstrings" in English
Yeaaaah I forgot the word in English so I quickly just frenglished it 😂

2:34 that pixel hahaha I'm dying
Welldone Sofya !
You should have posted a picture of the different point cut-offs and say what you got in each category! Like how Magnus does them
Nice vidéo, c'est dans quelle partie de la suisse ca ?
I have an ear for accents and i'm picking up Irish, American and Australian. Did you spend some time in these places?
Insanely cool

@@sofya_yokoyama 😂 Ein kleiner Gruß wäre lustig. Wie du magst. Freu mich schon auf das nächste Video.
You know things become tough when you switch to French 😂
Isn't there a push-up requirement for marine fitness test?
You can either do pushups or pull-ups but they recommend you doing pull-ups
You did great .

The men do pull ups. The women hang from the bar
So, to summarize, you dominated.
