Its balanced Darkrai has lot of counters too there are many unstoppable or resistance mons so without putting opponents to sleep he can't deal more damage
It seems like he doesn’t heal while he fights enemy Pokémon like the rest of the mons. And he needs a buff to its unite move, not the damage. They need to make it unstoppable because you can get stunned and it won’t let your ult activate

@@ghatlue yeah it was doing already good dmg since its max hp dot...it was an emergency "we need sales" patch they will fix it probably with psyduck update

I agree on the counter part but buffing 100% of dmg on its passive is not balanced

All the opposing team besides comfey used ult against you right before Ray, i don’t know why your teammates didn’t take advantage of that
Now this is what I expect Darkrai to be now they just need to fix dark pluse/shadow claw
Maybe tuned this build down a bit
Dunno how he does it but These darkrai skils doesnt work like that if i am using them

The only bad change was the nasty plot and dark void cd buff...they should revert the buffs on dark void and nasty plot and its ok..
