For anyone who doesn’t yet know; if you take the tornado to your avenger or your moc workshop it lets you upgrade it but you can’t upgrade it in normal LSC
Dubsta is easier to get and more frequently appears at LSIA LS Customs than the top of the city and no stupid loop circles just drive up and down road until they spawn there needs to be at least one AI Dubsta in lobby for these to spawn I had 5 in this location daytime on the same game day 4 silver 1 gold they are a lot easier to aquire on new gen version of GTA than fossil gen the same AI cars must be in lobby apply to Ruiner sandking xl Tornado for the mariachi ect hope this is helpful
There are some other modified cars you can find at the LSC parking lot during the day (9 am to about 5/7 pm). A Dominator, A Gauntlet, 2 Ruiners and 2 Sabre Turbos. My favorite is the one Sabre Turbo in Worn Sea Wash Green. The secondary is Matte Dark Blue but if you take the car to Benny's and spend $500k to upgrade it, the Sabre Turbo Custom makes the entire body of the car Worn Sea Wash Green. The secondary is put underneath the car on the gas tank, it can be changed though to primary paint or chrome.

I found both Pfister Comets just earlier today (after finding the Gold Dubsta and the Green-and-Blue Imponte Ruiner), but they appear to be impossible to store. I tried to go into LS Customs, but the game said "Too hot to modify".
To get the gold Dubsta, first get the silver Dubsta, then do the same trick driving it. That should get the gold Dubsta to spawn. Also, for many of these spawn tricks, driving a greater distance away with a little bit of it offroad, pausing, then coming back greatly increases the chance of spawning the rare vehicle. To get the tornado from the Thelma and Louise event, you don't have to be such a distance away and snipe. Hover with your MK II some distance away from the end where they jump off of, then when it appears, quickly drive forward and block their exit with your MK II. Yank Thelma out of the car and drive away without getting a wanted level. For the rat loaders, you don't have to drive the long route behind the garage, just go up the road to one of the farms, get off road, then look away, count to 3, then look back until a loader spawns. Saves a little driving. Same for the Sand King XL, to save a little driving you just need to drive off-road behind LS Customs across the street from where the Kings spawn, pause, then come back down the dirt road beside LSC and a King will have spawned. This can be repeated multiple times between 9am and 5pm and they sell for $17-19k each.

Turn left and drive to the next T intersection and turn left again, heading back towards the used car lot that the Sandkings spawn at. When you get to a point in the road where there are two trees on the left, almost immediately after having turned left, pause and count to three. Then continue slowly driving towards the used car lot. If you are in a sandking or there are sandkings driving around, the customs will almost always spawn. If you are fast enough and have a nearby garage you can usually get three or four between the 9 AM and 5 PM spawn window. Also you can experiment with the driving route and shrink that circle to make it faster. I got to the point I could just drive up the dirt road out of sight of the used car lot, stop and do a 180, then come back and often one would have spawned.
NICE! but then isn't rockstar going to eventually delete these vehicles out of our garage? this happened to me before long ago on old gen console (PS3) when i did that w the ranger SUV (Sheriff) one & had it for about a month or so & boom its gone..they deleted it out of your garage

But my Speedo is in my nightclub, making it a special vehicle which can’t be stored in garages only in nightclub, then when I take the rare speedo in, it won’t let me take it to the level 1 which is where the nightclub delivery vehicles are, sorry I hope wha I said wasn’t confusing
@@BornTwice_03 can't replace your speedo custom in ur nightclub with this one. Nor should you want to. There is nothing rare about it. While you can not purchase a speedo, they do naturally spawn. Especially around LSCM.
I been trying for hours trying to get the rare sand king and I’m using a npc sand king and at the correct times and looking not at spawn location and it just does not spawn

You need to be lucky that is spawns at one of the LS customs in the city and you can’t put a tracker on it 😅

The tornado can also be found by the ammonation around 1 and 3 drive the speed of traffic looking away and it should be there.

Make sure that the garage where your old speedo is stored is full, then drive the new speedo into the full garage and replace the old speedo 👍
