I've always had bad skin until recently , and people definitely treated me differently with/without makeup. The same goes with wig hairstyles, I get diff types of smiles from different people .

It’s interesting how we’re treated differently when it comes to skin, hair, etc. I hate that people treated you differently due to your skin. I’m happy that your skin has improved. Thank you for sharing your experience. Without makeup, my freckled ivory skin gets red blotches. This started with menopause. 🙄 I prefer to go without makeup and moisturize, but if I’m having a blotchy day, I wear makeup.

I wear different lengths and colors depending on weather, mood, and occasion. People absolutely behave differently with how I look. It is significant. I am treated better when I have long hair. When I wear the longer hair I'm usually dressed nicer and have more makeup on also. It is funny how people respond to looks in such a profound way.

Hello @artislife1970. Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s interesting you mention being treated better with long hair…me, too. It makes me think longer hair on women is what most people prefer. I find all of this fascinating. I appreciate your watching. :)

My bio hair is medium brown and thin. When I wear Belle Tress Calabasas in Raw Sugar Blonde-R, people treat me so differently. It's like...WOW! I have wigs and toppers in various colors, but that one! ❤

Hello Athena. Calabasas in the color Raw Sugar Blonde-R is gorgeous. You may need a bodyguard when you leave the house. 🙂💖 Thank you for sharing your experience.

Greetings Julia! It's true for me too. Blonde hair definitely gets more attention for me too. As a matter of fact, I find that much attention uncomfortable! I mean, compliments here and there are nice, but beyond a certain point it's just too much! Love and blessings ♥️🙏

I agree, Jean. Compliments are welcome, but too much attention can be uncomfortable. I hope all is well with you! Sending you love and blessings! 💕

@WigReviewCentral Julia, didn't you do a video on silicone tape at one time? Also, I'm having trouble accessing your wig website. Thanks!!

You look so pretty in any of your wigs Julia! I do agree that you look the best in long styles and super short styles too! You may not be a bob person, but the wig is super realistic and beautiful!

It is true Julia! Blondes have more fun! I to had light blonde hair as a young person. My hair stated to get to be a dark blonde/ash color in my late teens. I started to dye it light again. Dyed my hair for years. I decided to make it darker one time. My husband at first said he liked it but I noticed he didn't! I kept dyeing it til about five years ago. I love all the wig colors but most of my wigs are a shade of blonde. I have recently bought quite a few gray wigs as my natural color is close to gray. I get the most complements on my blonde wigs! I still remember telling my husband, " see! You do not notice me in this brown color!" Ha ha! But I did dye it back blonde right away! He loved my wigs too! He was a great guy!

Hello Terry Sue. It sounds like you have had a similar experience with blonde hair. Thank you for sharing! I, too, dyed my hair blonde for years. My husband accepted my wig wearing, but told me he preferred the color blonde. I had blonde hair when we met. Men, I think, are attracted to how we look. When we make a change, it can be difficult for them.

Bobs don’t look good on me either. I can’t wear straight flat hair. I have Dawn in a drawer! You look great as a fluffy blonde.

Hi Julia you just popped up in my feed so I thought I’d weigh in… firstly why do you wear wigs? What’s your natural hair type like? I’m hoping you don’t have alopecia as I’m writing this…
I loved your first and last wigs both very feminine and pretty on you!
Bins are definitely a no no I have a long face too so I can’t have my very curly hair short either.

Hello Rachael. I have genetic hair loss at the sides and crown of my head. I also have lots of cowlicks. If I grow it long, it’s thin and stringy. I wear wigs to enjoy the hairstyles and volume I cannot have with my hair. Thank you for watching! Nice to meet you.
