here's my longest take:
Specific sounds which are referred as 'notes' which are arranged into an order called 'melody' Supported with other instruments which has the provability (albeit unlikely to occur) to be transmitted to a specific person Operating a specific device's screen ( namely 'player' ) 's brain to be translated into an arrangement of musical art when you engage in a fictional physical confrotation with a Lazy, pun filled-fictional arrangement of bones which are ordered medically correct to be referred to as 'skeletons' which always using threads of fiber being sewed together into the shaped of a specific body which people often refer to as 'clothing' with the order of a Blue jacket, a white tank top, Sporting Shorts, and (Ironically) pink slippers bearing a special skill that is either a trick or something unbelievable called 'Magic' that has the ability to spawn solid calsium rods called 'Bones' and laser-shooting skulls referred to as 'Gaster blaster' from a non-existent place called 'nowhere',Both having a poison-like capability made out of the haunting feelings of the very ones you killed to be judged by this very skeleton or called 'Karmic retribution' to remind you to never do a mass killing spree to get to this way of story called the 'Genocide route' to be used as weapons to engage against your Virtual fictional avatar (namely 'frisk') which has the will to kill said 'skeleton' who has been called with an official callsign (also referred as 'name') of Sans, the very judge of this buried, living place called the 'underground' and is the brother of Papyrus, a Royal guard in training picked by a walking, spear wielding fish named 'Undyne' which is the one and only Captain and Leader of the Royal Guard,and (Theoretically) the son of the first royal scientist, W.D. Gaster who fell into a plain, empty, glitched place called the 'void' for reasons that even theorists can't explain.

Week is way more than enough. If you're fast enough - 1 whole day to make the whole track.
Some people make tracks within 10-15 minutes.
But it's kinda tiresome to the ears at first. Music test may be a torment. Especially when you make your own song.
