Air Summit Gourmet 🇵🇭|| Kamayan sa Palaisdaan || Quezon’s Floating Hut Restaurant

Let me take you to unique restaurants in our province, in Tayabas Quezon (16 km from Lucena city) at Air Summit Gourmet and Fisherslake Kamayan sa Palaisdaan Hotel & Resort. It’s probably 3 hours drive from Manila. No entrance fee and you can feed the fishes or just relax at their floating hut restaurants while watching the swimming fishes before they get caught and cooked, lol. There were a few places like this all over our province but this one - Kamayan sa Palaisdaan ( means Eating by hands) is the original and popular. We used to come and dine in here way back 1990’s when I was in college and surprisingly been updated. I remember we used to pick the fish that we want grilled and served on our table, with fresh vegetables and steamed rice then eat by hands- no forks nor spoons! Good memories of this place.
