The council's job is not to dismiss cases but to ensure that the accused receive a fair trial. Any mishandling of the trial, no matter how minuscule it is, can be grounds for a retrial.

Have our appeal court decided that they gonna allow a retrial? …because it seem to me the DPP was Asking them … not sure how the law works here …but definitely worth a retrial from my view …either way …this case just highlight how corrupt ppl can send uh guh prison or free up dem cronies …sad either way if uh look into it
A hearing dare is yet to be set by Jamaica to hear both sides on whether a retrial should be held or not. Most likely they will walk free though. If you want me to elaborate on that I will.
