Yoooo this is really freaking good! The Far Side of the Moon is one of my most favorite ZUN tracks, and Magical Astronomy is one of my favorite music CDs. It's amazing how you kept the feeling of the original with the piano while also adding some intense rock flair with those sweet guitars! I absolutely love this cover! Thanks for being so supportive ! To be honest it's been two months that all the sheet music is done for the next arrangement I wanted to do but I had a hard time finding the time to record it. It's almost done but I'm struggling with a type of sound I can't figure out how to achieve with my actual gear. I need to buy some stuff but you know, it's quite expensive and I already bought a 7-string guitar and a lot of sh*t these past weeks so I'm waiting for sales 😬 Thank you, I really appreciate !
Legit question, do you both the guitar and the piano (and other instruments) or are you working with more people? The production quality of these arrangements is amazing
I do everything by myself from the transcription to the production. My main instrument is the guitar so I record every guitar track and sometimes the bass depending on the type of sound I'm looking for (I just own a crappy 4-strings bass, so I often prefer to use a VST instead). For the piano and the synths, I play the parts where I consider that the "human feeling" is important. All the rest is a midi file extracted from the score I make with MuseScore or Guitar Pro. En fait il y avait des petits craquements par endroit et une piste à la fin qui était toute décalée, c'était vraiment léger mais une fois qu'on a posé l'oreille dessus, on n'entend plus que ça ! À mon avis c'était un soucis à l'exportation, j'ai pas fait gaffe sur le moment
