    Ingredients
    1 kilo shrimps
    1 lemon, juice and zest
    50 ml white or rose wine
    5 tablespoon celery, thinly chopped
    2 spring onions, mashed
    2 ή 3 garlic cloves
    1 leek, grated
    2 tablespoon dill
    6 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
    25ml water
    Himalayan salt
    Freshly ground pepper
    Execution
    • Pre-heat the pot over medium heat and set audiotherm to ‘steak’ sign.
    • Sauté the shrimps from both sides and add the wine.
    • Remove the shrimps and add the onions, leek, and oil to sweat.
    • Add all the remaining ingredients.
    • Close the lid, set the audiotherm for 15’ on the ‘carrot’ sign.
    • When the first indicator reaches the red sign, lower the heat.
    • Add the shrimps, over medium heat, let it shimmer, and set the audiotherm for 5’ on the ‘carrot’ sign.
