Haven't seen this issue before with dlss and the flashlight, but I have had issues myself with dlss and light coming in through windows indoors (it gives npcs a smearing halo around them and other minor lighting bugs).
I havent seen it too yet, but today its there, and I havent downloaded any mods nor there was any update from GSC. Weird. I guess some lighting bugs are upscaler related, lot of others is the broken lumen, its a bit mess honestly so far.
If only we had the "None" mode for the Unreal Engine option...
