With Overpower, Domination and Taint form active you can gain a very large buff on atack, combined with runes and potions that buff atack, this make you hit so hard the enemies, i usually use this at the begining of a boss fight.
I pronounce it like Dekanee, because at least in some latin languages, C is only pronounced like in December if it is followed by an E or an I, not all vowels Nice video by the way :)
I was honestly wondering this while editing, but i JUST tested it. The DoT of the life steal shield is weaker than the basic one. Basic shield dealt 3.9k each hit and life steal shield did 3.1k.

I pronounced it with a hard c for no reason other than instinct. But your pronunciation with the soft c sounds so much better imo
