In this movie Sonam was perfect example of type of girls whom people should not fall in love with! 😅
That is ok..but how someone will know that with any girl like Sonam is playing here that character is like this..because falling in love is an automated process..it's not under somebody's control. After time will goes on..then someone will get to know..so that is the point it cannot be decided..
No she Isn't . What age do you live in ???? They were in Primary school then . He pursued her and even threatened to kill himself . That's called stalking . As she grew up her feelings changed . This is the reality of life . As a kid , i liked a few girls over different periods of time whilst growing up . I didn't end up with them and life moves on . Wrong mentality . That's not love , it's infatuation . That's seeing someone for the first time and being attracted and feeling a connection based on that itself but love is knowing their wrongs and yet willing to love them .
@@shanemad1640 First of all, ya Dhanush stalked Sonam, which is not right. But Sonam also never said she didn't like him. Secondly, ya feeling can be changed, nothing wrong in that! But that doesn't mean she'll use him even after knowing his feelings haven't changed at all. And for ur kind information Sonam was in infatuation, but Dhanush was still in love till his last breath.
Dhanush made a mistake by revealing Sonam's boyfriend's religion, but he didn't want him to die! Also tried to do everything for that guilt feeling!
But Sonam willingly planned to kill Dhanush even after he apologized from the core of his heart and did whatever he could do!
So after all these if u r supporting Sonam here, in which mental state are you living in? Anyway that's your problem!

@@debasmitadutta9524 So what's our argument ? Dhanush never spent time with her and still considered it as love ? They didn't go out on dates , they didn't live with each other and so forth . That's my argument that he thought that that was love but it wasn't . Based on your initial comment that " one should not fall in love with such a girl ( Paraphrased ) ". Anyway , Love is a two way thing . The other point is that Dhanush was slapped 15 times , ONe time would have been more than enough for me to know that NO MEANS NO , so Sonam did say NO pretty clearly . Maybe you guys date differently but i simply would have got the message . Whatever Sonam did later is not right cause i believe in moving on and forgiving but initially , Dhanush was being a total Dickhead in the manner he acted . Everyone are entitled to their views and perception nevertheless , i for one would never advocate this type of one sided love .

If you meant whole Indian society by the phrase "how you guys date", then my brother, thought of the whole Indian society can't be defined with just a single person's point of view. But as I am also a part of the Indian society whom you are pointing to, it's natural for me to consider that you are pointing to me as well by using the phrase " How you gus date".
Everyone has their different perspective! According to me in primary school Sonam DIDN'T DISLIKE HIM AT ALL, IF SHE DID SHE NEVER WOULD AGREE TO MEET HIM PERSONALLY.
But as an adult if a girl knows a boy still has feelings for him but she hasn't, she shouldn't atleast use that boy to talk about her boyfriend to parents! She should have guts enough to face her parents herself. Besides she surely had other friends, she could've asked for help from them as well.

It's true that Dhanush could not forget her and move on, that was his problem, but he was brave enough to talk to Sonam's parents about her boyfriend. Also unlike Sonam he never WILLINGLY planned to kill Sonam's boyfriend/Sonam.
I agree he should've controlled his emotions and didn't revealed Sonam's boyfriend's religion. That was his mistake. If he didn't do that both of could've got married, later Dhanush might love Swara Bhaskar also.
But what Sonam did was beyond everything! She actually should have killed those people who actually had beaten up her boyfriend ruthlessly and were actually the killer of him, not Dhanush.
She could've blamed / shouted at Dhanush, slapped few more times, but not take his life.
This is my thought. Your perception might be different & that's absolutely ok. I don't have any interest to change it.
