Rappers use to always invite other rappers on stage during their award show performances. I remember when Jay-Z invited Snoop, Nelly and their crews onstage during the 2001 Bet Awards while he was performing. That is probably where Lil Mama got the idea from to jump on the stage with him years later!

But was what she did 100000000% disrespectful to the other artists on the stage? It most certainly was. The backlash she received back then and the embarrassment she felt about it was precisely what she ordered off the menu.

I lost mine at 22 and it was brutal not having someone who loves you and has your best interest not being here on earth anymore. People who abused me as a kid swarmed me after she died to do something they couldn't do when she was alive because she was more important than all of them put together.

@@KH11307 Sorry to hear that, when my mum passed away it really showed me who was there for me and who wasn't and a lot of people took advantage of me. Its sad but people don't realise what you go through until it happens to them. Keep your head up, I know it hard but I trust in TMH that things will get better 🙏🏼

I'm proud of her. I didn't see what happened first hand I only saw it on social media later. I'm glad to see she bounced back and didn't allow the negative to hold her back. I think she's a beautiful and talented woman, not just in looks but in mind and spirit. It's hard to stay strong after the loss of a parent. I've lost both of my parents so I understand that struggle. Much Love.
