This is Wagha Attari Border ceremony , which started in 1959,and it is conducted daily, with the aim of fostering cooperation and brotherhood between the two nations.
This ceremony gives an impression of showing their respect to their countries and kind of warning each other not to mess with one another. The handshake to maintain the brotherhood.
