Awesome content, much appriciated! One thing I don't really understand. How does the rebasing work? So if I swap my sklima back for klima, the value of sklima should be higher than klima right? But if I stake new klima today, the ratio is 1:1. Or in other words, if I keep my sklima om thr platform, the amount of sklima Increases. But once I take it out to move to polygon market, the amount of sklima doesn't increase anymore.. Will I still get my apy then?
@@Max-tf6cr the sKlima is 1:1 ratio to Klima. You are awarded 1.65% per day in sKlima (staked Klima). Basically, your holdings compound by 1.65% daily : )
@Cameron Ysidron So a big thing is the 5-day bonding roi needs to be at minimum half the 5-day staking roi. The higher that bonding discount the better though. I usually wait until I see bonding roi of 5.5%+, 6%+ is rare but great. Unstake Klima, Swap all that klima for what you want to bond with (BCT, BCT-Klima LP, etc), and then bond. Then at least once a day (best if you do it right before each epoch, but not necessary), redeem klima from the bonding section and stake it. Once the 5 days are over, keep watching the bonding area looking for 5.5%+ discounts to start it over again. Takes 5-10 minutes of work a day, and if my math is right rather than about ~40k APY I'm getting about ~70k APY. If you want to have the freedom to sell at a moments notice, do not bond though, you are committing to locking those funds up for 5 days. Not financial advice, DYOR.

Is 'wrapped' MATIC ETH chain compatible and the reason its offered? I guess one could borrow WMATIC (lowest borrow rate) and swap it. What do you mean exactly that klama lower LTV reduce liquidation risk? If you borrow 45% of your collateral sKlama, you almost have filled the borrow limit bar. so at 45% borrow you would be at near certain of reaching borrow limit and liquidation of whole amount borrowed

arent u meant to be staking ur sklima etc. to gain advantage of the rebases? if ur using it as collateral do the rebase rewards still go to ur sklima? im in spartacus and bonded to get sSPA but have been staking the reward daily into the protocol, and my sSPA grows with every rebase while my vested bonding still gives rewards. if i use it as collateral i imagine the rebase rewards arent going to my stake (or anyones for that matter) so it seems like ur boosting the pool only to reward those of us using the protocol as intended. so when u pay your loan out are u recieving more sKLIMA than u used as collateral? coz if ur not, ur not gaining the benefit of the rebases which is what these daos' are meant to be for, aren't they? as far as i understand my sSPA is a representation of my share of the mcap which grows inside the protocol giving me more sSPA, does this still happen if another protocol holds my sSPA? also if it does why would the borrowing protocol give it to me when i only used xyz amount as collateral, they only need to give my xyz amount back.

It won't let me borrow for some reason. I have 50 USDC, but when I click on borrow for USDC, then click max, it says I do not have enough USDC. I tried this with FRAX too and it gives me the same thing. Does it work by first lending x amount, then it allows us to borrow the different coins on the borrow list?
@the calculator guy if you really made your homeworks, and actually tried it with real KLIMA, you would know all your math about the LOOP is wrong, because there is currently a minimum to be able to borrow assets (something around 200 usd) so in your example, you can’t loop more than 2 or 3 times.

Only problem is no MAI available ffs and other borrows have crazy interest rates

How often do you loop in general? How long do you wait before you ricolaterize the new rewards for staking? Every five days?
When collateralizing the sKlima do you still receive the rebase? When i pooled my sKlima it doesnt show any staked klima on the Klima dao.
