It is Completely out of order to suggest that a FIR cannot be registered against the minister because he was reputed away to Islamabad. A FIR should be registered against him by the local police and if after investigation it is discovered that he was absent from the city on the day of the crime, he name can be removed by the office responsible for investigation. How can any officer refuse to include any person as a suspect if that person has been named by the victim's family?
Instead of blaming FBR for failures to collect revenue, rich Pakistanis should look to themselves. They are the ones to blame not FBR.
Those who don't pay tax are thieves.
And they should be treated as such.

The eligible and non-eligible law enforcement in letter and spirit is the only solution to resolve and convert black or grey economy to document and digitalize economy.
