I had a cycling accident years back and I know the feeling you experienced. Sudden adrenaline rush, everything happens in slo-mo and the sounds around you feels amplified as if it’s happening inside your brain. People in developed nation with good roads never ride 2 wheeler because of this very reason you mentioned. Crashed in 2 wheeler are dangerous as your body is directly in line and good roads means vehicles will be in high speed so any crash can be deadly.

Bhai mere , India mein galti dusre ki ho to bhi woh ghayal ko maarega aur yahan to jis Bhai ne help ki uski galti bhi nahi thi , phir bhi help ki. Aap itne sharif indian ho ki hit and run cases nahi padhi aur haal hi ka case Delhi wala bhi nahi suna jahan ek baap apne bete ki maut ke jimmedaar insan ko 8 saal baad khoj paaya jo galeez unke bete ko maarkar bhaag Gaya tha aur police ne bhi help nahi ki thi. Us bechare baap ne Maruti walon se help lekar us chootiye killer ko khoja aur case file hua. Bhai kis dunia mein ho aap.dusri baat bjp sarkar har jagah nahi hai bhai.

Just one week ago in Gurgaon I saw a really injured man sitting on the side of road with blood all over his hands and head with bike lying nearby. Nobody was willing to help. Our group forcefully called some people and called for ambulance, really felt very bad, lost all faith in humanity. Not the first time I have seen it and I don't believe that these things depend upon the political parties (the people believing this are kids). Also seen similar stuff near Aurangabad, Ghaziabad, Gorakhpur, Kanpur, in Bihar (Danapur) and many more. But yeah I have also seen people helping in case of accidents (whether minor or major) so wrong to stereotype. But the Hit and run, mugging etc are common in India. Not that it doesn't happen anywhere else but happens more in populated countries like India, Pakistan etc. Forget about hit and run. People commit murders, molestations etc in the open and still people nearby are in fear to do anything. There are almost scores of daily news of murders, rapes , hit and run, molestations etc happing everywhere in India(many publicly) specially in places like Delhi, UP, Rajasthan, Bihar etc. Everyone following local news (many got famous in national level too due to the strange way in which they were committed) read about those cases, many murders in the open in Delhi and UP market areas, stabbing of a woman by a man in Bihar market area etc. I think we need to change our "Apna kaam banta bhaad mein jaye janta type attitude". It will definitely change but will take time as we are a developing country with a particular mindset "Survival of the fittest" but yes I am sure of it definitely changing in the near future.

Everything is speed which makes the difference I have 3 time bike accident in one particular year . I was sitting at the back I do not drive. My office colleague was driving at the speed of 70 I fall some he hit the car in the front my back went another road and he fall in the road his leg got fracture. Really it is dangerous to drive bike or scooty or bike
