What a lovely relaxing drive around. Only been to Filey once but was most impressed. I think I parked in the carpark where this video starts. The country park up near Filey Brigg looks very nice. I know that very fine weather can make anywhere look lovely, but there were a couple of things I noticed when comparing this town with my (supposedly very affluent) native town - Bury St. Edmunds. The state of the roads in Filey. They look extremely well maintained!!! (unlike Bury St. Edmunds, where it's pot-hole central!) Well done to the authorities in North Yorks and the total absence of litter!!!! (Don't get me started!) What a lovely place!

I didn’t know Filey was so big, I only remember the frontage, but it is 40 years ago since I lived up there
