If you wanna get deep, that's partly because of the US Federal Reserve pumping tons of funny money into the system. We were drunk with free money, then the recession came soon after. Same thing they're doing now except it's ruining the prices of things finally AND we're more re*arded bc of the decade or so of technology and wokeness. But I agree that was a better time overall. SBMM and EOMM are just terrible. 90% of my games were a complete sweatfest facing slide, jump and flying Jackal players beaming me in a milisecond. Once in a while I got placed in a lobby below my skilllevel. Did ok and got placed directly in to the sweatlobbys again. Just to exhausting to play after finishing a busy day at the office.
Lol that’s how mw3 was for me, sweat lobbies over and over with the same players showing up often. Then I’d have a bad 2-3 games then get an extremely easy lobby, stomp them, then go back to sweating. The matchmaking is so trash

Sweatiest matchmaking I've ever experienced and I'm a 40+ year old dad casual player type.. its CLEARLY using EOMM similar to MW3 and is WAY beyond common SBMM
I was in some matches earlier on this beta, the dudes they had me playing against I legit could not touch. I'm watching these kill cams and all I can do is laugh my ass off. The most sporadic, crazy, berserk movement and gun play I've ever seen. I have something like 130+ nukes on Cold War, 3.30kd. Same with Black Ops 3, I played that game to lvl 1,000, 4kd. I log on Black Ops 6, and I'm getting absolutely melted, going double negative most matches. Activision can keep this bullshit lol, I'm refunding it. Count me out.

The first day of the beta was so dope … I hit level 20 on the first day just capturing objectives and killing it … then the next few days I literally played 2 matches and jumped off because I cba to sweat it anymore
I was 17-18 when i first got into the OG COD4... I enjoyed the fuck outta COD until 2017ish.... Theres many reasons why its so sweaty now but damn... For the sake of my COD zombie friends i dabbled with the beta over the weekend until i was lvl 10... That was more than enough for me to definitely know I'm good on this shit and more than happy to get right back to indie games and my retro console. @gaigehay1891 Yea man the Algorithm is Rigged to force you into a losing situation you are not getting fair matches if you are amongst the top Solo players. Once you win or start getting on a winning streak the SBMM and EOMM will start searching for a Team that has high chances to beat you and Win the match. The only way to fight the SBMM is to have atleast 3 or 4 ppl you know are good to play with on your team and if you really hate SBMM you can go in with a six stack so it's harder for the game to put together a strong team of 6 at the same time you are looking for a match. Of course it will still try though. And when that isn't working the EOMM will be activated spawning ppl you just killed behind you so they can clear you from the spots you were just at getting kills n giving them a Free kill so they don't rage quit.
The first few hours of the beta on the first day i played with some really bad players in my group . like these guys had to be .6 and .5 KD , and all they did was complain about sweats on the other team. Meanwhile i was going sometimes above a 3kd in these lobbies and having a higher overall score or sometimes kills than the sweats my team complained about. Then once I left that group and played solo, the match making went insane I was literally going against cheaters for probably 2 hours then as soon as my KD dropped to about a 1 to 1.5 consistently each match the match making got consistent where I'd get "Easy" lobbies every once in a while , but most of them were stacked teams of people playing like me and then my randoms playing like the noobs I had grouped with but now these randoms were no longer communicating so it made matches tougher against players that were organized and sweats. so yes the SBMM is completely manipulative and fucked up. It does not like ANYONE that is able to push above 2KD and if you keep pushing over it, it aggressively tries to find people to slam you back in that 1 to 1.5 range. In this case if you are a really good player like you can maintain 3+ KD during the release of games, its 100% matching you to cheaters in every lobby, probably knowingly, and this could be the reason Activision really doesn't get rid of the cheaters. They use them as a feature of the SBMM. A lot of people over 2KD have a higher chance of being a cheater since the algorithm is trying to push people out of that skill bucket unless you're someone with a history of lan play before covid.

Only reason I sometimes have fun with this game is bc I’m learning the maps fast bc there ain’t many. When I get on mw3 I’m greeted with level 1000s with 20 sensitivity and all the attachments who have been playing shipment for 6 years straight on other cods
Hated it the first 2 hours -> changed some settings and started to find it ok -> while maxing out my pistols (im a big akimbo fan) i started to enjoy it a lot -> then i noticed that my akimbos didnt work at all with my changed settings (automatic sprint and automatic sprints to the sides) and turned off the game 😅 -> next day day changed some settings again and now it feels alright. No great, but good. If they gave me like an option (wont happen i think 😢) that auto tac sprint would turn off automatically when using akimbos it would be almost perfect (movement wise). I understand why many people dont like it but most complains do not count for me. Im a fan of so called sweaty games and luckily i dont get packet loss at all. Atm i give bo6 a solid 6/10. After some fixes, weapon balancing, changes etc it COULD become a 8/10. We'll see

The new movement is pretty fun. The maps, on the other hand, are hot trash. Also, the hacking is mind-boggling i had so many best plays where these people are prefiring around corners or will be looking straight and all of a sudden they aim to the ground and get someone that was laying on the ground. With that all being said i think if they banned cheaters the game would be funner for everyone.
I just learned something from watching your video. It doesn't pay to rush. You're literally taking your time walking around the map and probably have the best kd ratio
I had a good time during the beta If you play to have fun instead of trying to win you will enjoy the game so much more. From trolling with hostage to shotgunning tryhards I had a blast
I get mad and want to give up too when I get beamed non-stop by sweats and I start to think the game sucks then i realize that I just suck and this game is actually sick. Its just super easy to write a game off once you done raged all day and never evolved or adapted your gameplay. If you break this game down and study the choke points, you can reign TERROR on the opps.
FYI - the new "aim bot" cheats do not always do head shots it will disguise with regular body shots. I'd say like 70% of the lobbies I play against are cheaters because I have a higher K/D. Edit: They don't even try to hide it AT ALL lol. They just aim through the wall and follow you until you walk through the door haha.
That is why I deleted the beta off my PS5 after about 4-6 hours of playtime and cancelled my pre-order. Which took me a hour otp with customer service.

i been watchin streamers give their “opinion” about the game and every one of them make an excuse of why something sucks in the game.
I punched a hole in my wall playing with these movement nerds. Having to nerf my KD just to get mastery camo in MW3 just tells me i shouldnt be playing these games.
I just smile when I stroll through twitter and see verified Accs with their twitch channel in their bio complaining about being temp banned in BO6 beta lol yes ricochet keep banning those sweaty ass nerds who take the game way to seriously and ruin the experience for everyone else..

The reason cod hates videos do so well is because all the skinny nerds that actually hate cod will click on it and the alpha male hardcore cod players have legitimate gripes and like the old school cod commentary format
The new movement is pretty fun. The maps, on the other hand, are hot trash. Also, the hacking is mind-boggling i had so many best plays where these people are prefiring around corners or will be looking straight and all of a sudden they aim to the ground and get someone that was laying on the ground.
With that all being said i think if they banned cheaters the game would be funner for everyone.
I just learned something from watching your video. It doesn't pay to rush. You're literally taking your time walking around the map and probably have the best kd ratio

I had a good time during the beta If you play to have fun instead of trying to win you will enjoy the game so much more. From trolling with hostage to shotgunning tryhards I had a blast
It is a terrible sweat fest. I usually or used to have a 2.5KD as a rusher, now Im sitting on half. The lobbies are crazy good. Crayyysay guuud.
I get mad and want to give up too when I get beamed non-stop by sweats and I start to think the game sucks then i realize that I just suck and this game is actually sick. Its just super easy to write a game off once you done raged all day and never evolved or adapted your gameplay. If you break this game down and study the choke points, you can reign TERROR on the opps.
there are already hackers on the beta since day 1 just look up the popular cheat hosters
FYI - the new "aim bot" cheats do not always do head shots it will disguise with regular body shots. I'd say like 70% of the lobbies I play against are cheaters because I have a higher K/D.
Edit: They don't even try to hide it AT ALL lol. They just aim through the wall and follow you until you walk through the door haha.
That is why I deleted the beta off my PS5 after about 4-6 hours of playtime and cancelled my pre-order. Which took me a hour otp with customer service.

I was very excited about this game until I tried the beta, the time to kill was inconsistent, the spawns were horrible and not to mention the SBMM. COD is dead
I def see all the issues but ive genuinely had a blast playing the beta
Im a sweat and i hate feeling like im playing for money every game.
The algorithm to fix outcomes is still in place, having badic movement added to the game isn't enough.
The open beta wants to be different or im refunding this shite.

This beta has either been hella kind to me or im lucky. Its actually been giving me a good mix of tough and easy games. Maybe its bc my kd is in the 1.2-1.5 range
