Go back to foundational practices. Some of the popular trainers are teaching trained behaviors first or the alert. Value has to be to odor. Watch the Randy Hare interview and at the 5 minute point we get into a lot of good information about popular training philosophies. Create a clear understanding in the dogs mind. The pods help clear things up.
