    Thank you so much for your tip on preparing the cream, Dan. I have never been able to get it to float properly without it sinking down to the bottom on one side and that was doing it over the back of a spoon. Tried your tip of 50 shakes and it worked like a dream straight from the container, no spoon necessary. Best I’ve ever done by a million miles ❤

    Just having some good Irish Whiskey and good coffee won't get you a good Irish Coffee. 50 shakes of the cream closes the deal. Thank you for sharing.

    As an Irish woman from Belfast I can wholeheartedly approve this recipe. And I’m a real purist when it comes to Irish coffee it’s usually ruined by the non Irish (especially Americans)

      Have you seen the video for "How to Make Irish Coffee" over at TheIrishStore's YT channel? A person in the comments mentioned how it wasn't true Irish Coffee. I don't know what to believe!? Since you're from the land and capital, wondering what your thoughts are on it.

    I have a couple of questions. Can I ask how many ml or ounces is 100 gram of cream? Also, should I chill the shaker before I shake the cream?

      100ml = 100g. l

    I'm gonna try to fine strain the cream now, seems interesting 8)
    Also do you have a reference for the glass you use ?

      It helps to strain out some small bubbles and give a smoother texture. In terms of the glass, here is a link: geni.us/z4K1U6
