I love Blue October, because he really does take an emotion, or an experience, and bottles it perfectly into a song.
But it's important to know that the Bible doesn't teach us that we need to be strong, and we need to be motivated, and we need to pick ourselves up... Just the opposite
The Bible does not teach us to live our best lives, and to be our best version of ourselves. It teaches that we need to die to self, and be alive in Christ
I like 1 John more about fear, because the Timothy verse is usually taken out of context
1 John says that if we are afraid, it means that God's love has not been made complete in us yet. There is not a full understanding of God's love when we are afraid
Because the opposite of fear is love. Not faith
