Good on ya mate, bit of luck here, was in Bunnings today looking at the same cooler for the back of my 2012 sho....... then I come across your rig. Great idea with the feet to level everything out, I've been brainstorming. From memory though I think the one I was looking at was the 70 litre, we looked at a few, can't remember now. Thanks for posting

I didn;t mention it but I also use a couple of small squares of half inch thick rubber matting under those those door stops that I glued on to the bottom, and they keep everything nice and level, and also mean the doorstops don't damage the existing jetski rubber matting..

What diameter pipe is it? 50mm? Is it just regular DWV not schedule pipe? If just DWV still no problem to date? Have you added anything additional or would you make any changes? I note the new version of the esky doesn’t come with that seat. Your thoughts on the necessity of the seat? There is a slot space inside the esky for the cutting board on the new one.

Hi, PVC was 42mm or thereabouts. Note sure of the terms there - is that pressure versus non-pressure? DOn't think it really matters either way. I wouldn't worry about the seat. I've nearly lost it a couple of times. I did lose the cutting board. Otherwise it's worked great on many occassions. Also added a railblazer port at the front off to the right hand side of the steering, which can slot a rolholder or multi accessory support etc. Definately worth doing this last. Also, you can heat up your Knife and plyers till they're pretty hot and simply make a slot for them.

If you mean the 'visibility spout' aka 'gay-spray' that the Yamaha's feature (water shooting up from the back deck for visibility) this is easy to disconnect. Just one clamp to undo and then the hose just runs directly into the water as opposed to shooting up from the deck.
