This business model reminds of selling a car then making money from repairs and parts over time. Car dealerships don't make so much selling a new car - about 25% of the dealership's profit. The service department, and the parts department, bring in about 50% of the dealer's profit. Used car sales kick in the rest. "Get the customer FIRST, then keep selling" Super nice to find RDM always has the industry leaders explaining how to succeed in this business! Selling one thing, one time, not a good survival strategy.

This was an incredible session! For me, it validated what I'm doing on a couple levels - first, Ryan has some of the best street cred ~anywhere~ when it comes to starting, building, scaling and even buying and selling businesses. So seeing him lay out this process was awesome, because you know it works! He's done it, and he's doing it. Next, to see that he is laying out many of the exact same ideas, steps, etc. that I'm learning from Russell Brunson...it's just an awesome validation. If you're serious about building a business and you're not a member of The One Percent, then you're truly missing something special. This stuff is legit, folks.
