Unfortunately gospels were not written by eye witnesses and Paul never met Jesus in person. He had a vision and wrote a lot about meaning of what Jesus did but not a lot if anything about what he did or said.

For those who doubt God, remember something. An enumerable family waits for you. Don't let the media make you think Christians are all evil. Many are, but there's always that one person who catches your eye. Yeah, that's a real Christian. Respect. Kindness. Patience... Those are signs of a real one. Well, there's more people like that than you can count, waiting on you. Don't let your life burn out without facing yourself first. Be open minded and learn. And try to have faith. I know that sick taste you might get in your mouth when you hear that, I used to feel that way too. But God opens your eyes when you seek Him. Actually stop fiddling with it like it's some imaginary thing. Actually come to personal terms with the idea that you are actually speaking to a living God who knows exactly what you're thinking. And pray. Don't think about questions or answers. Just give Him a voice, and let Him speak through His word. Give it REAL effort. You won't be disappointed.

I mean, the good thing is that there are ALSO many people who have respect and kindness and patience that also don't happen to believe in Christianity.
But I agree with your advice about praying- give it real effort, if you haven't already.
This doesn't mean you should spend your whole life pleading and searching for God if you don't find him immediately. But take an honest look at the evidence. Read the Gospels.
Or they might not or whatever, because I mean.. I had experiences that could be God, but nothing that couldn't be explained in some other manner.

Have you read the Bible? The whole Bible? No other book has actual prophecies that actually came true, but the Bible has over one thousand. The Bible predicted where the Messiah (Jesus) would be born (Bethlehem) when He would come (483 years after the decree to rebuild the temple in Jerusalem) it happened to the day, how he would die (they would pierce His hands and feet) they did on the cross, He would be rejected by most of His people (for the most part, the Jews rejected Jesus as their Messiah) He would be given vinegar at His death (He was given it on the cross) They would cast lots or gamble for His clothing, (the soldiers did) The Bible predicted during Israel's heyday, that they would be disbanded as a nation and then in the last days, they would come back and become a nation again in a single day. Israel is the ONLY nation in all of history to ever have been COMPLETELY done away with as a nation and then come back and become a nation again a second time; this happened on May 14, 1948. As far as Nostradamus, have you ever actually read any Nostradamus? I read his (arguably most famous) prediction about John F. Kennedy's death. It merely said, and I quote, "A great leader will be cut off in his prime." That could apply to literally thousands of Captains, Generals, Premiers, Presidents, or Kings down through the ages. No specifics, means no prophecy. But if you actually study the Bible yourself and not take the word of an atheistic, skeptic author, you will find God is very specific in His prophecies. In fact, they are so specific, skeptic researchers will say they had to be written after the fact. BUT, think this through, what If I wrote a book claiming to be a prophet and one of my "prophecies" said this; I predict that 19 Muslim terrorists are going to hijack four planes and crash two of them into the World Trade Towers, and one in to the Pentagon, and one will attempt to crash into the White House. What do you think the world would say? They would call for me to be locked up in an insane asylum. They would say, "You nut, this already happened 20 years ago. Clearly the incredible accuracy of the Bibles prophecies couldn't have been written after the fact. You can trust the Bible. Again, not to mention, the over one hundred scientific facts found in the Bible that we can actually prove were written down in the pages of scripture thousands of years BEFORE the scientists of the world would "discover" them. For instance, up until a couple of hundred years ago, surgeons would wash their hands in a basin of water, causing germs and infections to run rampant, they finally within the last couple hundred years realized they needed to wash in running water. BUT the Bible said THIS twenty five hundred years ago. Up until a couple of hundred years ago, many soldiers in war died from disease because of using their camp for toilets duties. They didn't realize all the germs and disease improper waste management caused, but the Bible 2,500 years ago told the Israeli soldiers to take a small shovel and bury their waste OUTSIDE the camp. There are over one hundred of these scientific facts recorded in the Bible thousands of years BEFORE the world would figure it out. You can definitely trust the Bible, and in fact we desperately NEED to trust the Bible.

A major issue with the Bible was the way it was designed by man into two testaments. Jesus apostles did not live under the New Covenant. The book of Hebrews was written at least twenty years after Jesus' ascension. Paul spoke the following statement: Hebrews 8: 13 "In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away." My mom "waxeth old", but she is still here. The Old Covenant was old and "ready to vanish away", but it was still in existence when Paul made this statement. This is the main reason for so many heresies in the church today. I recently asked several preachers, some seminary trained, some not, if Jesus' apostles lived under the New Covenant. They all said "yes." Well, who is wrong, the preachers or the apostle Paul? I recently published a book, For Such A Time As This: Let My People Go, You End-Times Doomsday Sayers! It is based on scripture and historical documented facts, and not the opinions of any man. I don't even use my own opinions. The study for this book persisted over a six year period. My opinions were changed by the facts that I discovered. I hope my statement about the Old Covenant still existing when Paul spoke in Hebrews 13 has changed the opinions of all that read this. It is Paul's opinion, not mine. I reveal many, many, many, more issues in my book where the facts I discovered changed my opinions on many things. If you want to walk on water, get a copy. I promise, it will change opinions based on historical documented facts and scripture only. I also point out many faulty translations of the original language into the English language. Most will be extremely surprised at which Bible version is the worst when it comes to the "end" prophesied in the scripture. I was also startled at the fact that there are no perfect versions, but some are better than others. I studied the original documents in the original language and there are many instances in all versions where what was being communicated to the Jews is not what is documented in the English versions. Please hear out the whole matter before criticizing. Get the book and read it. I promise, it will enlighten and change the opinions of the discerning.

Spiritual, life-changing experiences are fine. In fact, I think Christianity deserves a lot of credit for this. But none of that proves even a single miracle to be true. Nothing that has been said in this video proves the entire Bible to be true. The words of Jesus were written down DECADES later. I find it honestly insulting to a Creator God, to believe that he would resort to such an incompetent method of leaving a record.

Here are some references to prove that Bible is corrupted
Matthew 1:16 And Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ.
Luke 3:23 And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was the son of Heli,
Was Joseph the son of Jacob or Heli?
2 Kings 8:26 Ahaziah was twenty-two years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem one year. His mothers name was Athaliah, a granddaughter of Omri king of Israel.
2 Chronicles 22:2 (KJV) Forty and two years old was Ahaziah when he began to reign, and he reigned one year in Jerusalem. His mother's name also was Athaliah the daughter of Omri.
Was Ahaziah 22 or 42 years old when he began to reign in Judah?
Jehoram was 32 years old when he became king and he reigned 8 years, so he was 40 when he died. Immediately Ahaziah takes over at the age of 42. How can a son be 2 years older than the father?
2 Samuel 24:9 Joab reported the number of the fighting men to the king: In Israel there were eight hundred thousand able-bodied men who could handle a sword, and in Judah five hundred thousand.
1 Chronicles 21:5 Joab reported the number of the fighting men to David: In all Israel there were one million one hundred thousand men who could handle a sword, including four hundred and seventy thousand in Judah.
Were there eight hundred thousand men in Israel and five hundred thousand in Judah or one million one hundred thousand men in Israel and four hundred and seventy thousand in Judah?
2 Chronicles 36:9 Jehoiachin was eight years old when he began to reign, and he reigned three months and ten days in Jerusalem: and he did that which was evil in the sight of the Lord.
2 Kings 24:8 Jehoiachin was eighteen years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem three months. His mother’s name was Nehushta daughter of Elnathan; she was from Jerusalem.
Was Jehoiachin 8 years old or 18 years old when he began to reign?

Honestly as a Christian and learning that the bible is not actually by god I stopped using the bible all together. I believe in things of it but not all because it would be bias as a Christian we are suppose to believe in God's way and respect others way of life.
I kinda grew away from Christian society but still believe in it because what would these Christians do to other communities in my opinion is disgusting.
The corruption, thrashing, violence, and the misuse of the bible and God's word is disgusting just to justify your say to effect another's life.
I know not all Christians are like that but the most popular is really disappointing I know we had a lesson in the bible to not force religion on others.

Narcissism can be a dangerous thing when taken too far it will lead you to believe and make meaning when there is none.
I suggest grow up dont be a child hoping for the end reward of paradise isnt it obvious already the reward system your beliefs offer? If not to control a child but in this case they control the fool

Christ died for sin. In order to accomplish that, it required him to be a perfect sacrifice, without spot or blemish. If he was not perfect, then he would have needed a perfect sacrifice for his own sin, and therefore could not die for the sin of others. Only God is perfect. That is but one way we know Christ is God.

+Cynthia Martins Thanks for your question. One of the strongest evidences (other than what the Bible says) that Jesus was not only a man is that Jesus prophesied that he would die and rise again from the dead. For information on the historical evidences for the resurrection of Jesus, you can watch Honest Answers Episode 15: "What are the proofs for the resurrection of Jesus?" Jesus never says in the Bible, "Worship me, I am your God". Where is it written, in what verse? He never claims divinity. Christians deify him.

@@gadget_gamers8371 It can't be true. You can't reproduce a species by just two representatives of a species. Ask a biologist you trust. Also most plants must have gone extinct in that event. And they were not on board ther arc. You'll probably answer that god fixed it all, but that's not part of the bible.
