PINO FIZZ cocktail

Delicious rums, followed by a beautiful hint of spice and almond. One of the best balanced classic tiki libations. Tribute to Drinks of Hawaii 1972. Comes in at 21% ABV.
MIXING NOTES: Use the specified rums if possible as they add a particular flavor. Liber orgeat offers abundant almond taste. Use bottled pressed 100% pineapple juice, or fresh hand pressed if you have it. This is named a FIZZ, but no soda water is specified in 1972 recipe! Tastes fine without it.

1½ Cruzan Aged Light (USVI 80 proof)
½ Myers’s Single Barrel (Jamaica 86 proof)
2 Lakewood fresh pressed pineapple juice (100% organic)
¾ Persian lime juice (fresh)
½ Liber orgeat
½ Taylor’s Velvet falernum (Barbados 22 proof)
Whip 2 cubes, all into large cracked ice filled mug,
spent half lime shell ATOP, speared pineapple finger
